« beautiful hotel which was a wonderful quiet place to rest very close to the old town, but also easy to reach by car. excellent food. the staff were friendly and kind, Joy and Siven at the front desk helped me feel very comfortable here. »

« Only major warning and complaint I would have is the hotel front desk charged a "deposite" on check in I thought nothing of it because its an international card. Luckily I was meeting someone who lives in China and when they found out they immediately got a refund. It was explained to me that deposites are not something that is done. Other than that all other areas of service were beyond excellent, the breakfast buffet was fantastic every morning, and the view of the lake from a room that...

« Nice hotel, beautifully decoration in lobby and common areas. Rooms on the small side do Chinese standards, but good enough. Furniture for me was reaching its life limit for me, but comfortable indeed. Short on facilities (just one restaurant) and if you want to have a drink at the bar, the challenge is to find a waiter as they are the same attending the restaurant and they need to run for one end to the other. Waiters however, really nice and helpful »

« i stayed here for a visit with friends and was happy with it. the hotel is clean and comfortable with surprisingly large rooms. it's more of a group-tour hotel with lots of tour buses around - but good value for a comfortable room located near some of the major sights in Dali. The breakfast was very good. I'd recommend it for someone who wants affordable comfort while exploring Dali. »

« This hotel is near the North Railway station and not near Dongfeng square. Also if you are ordering a Didi the name of the Hotel is Time Walk S. The wifi at the hotel is effectively unusable. If useable wifi not an issue for you then i would give it a 4 star (minus 1 on location). »

« Quiet and large property with helpful staff. Particularly Jennifer and Susan. Breakfast was a large selection of food and drinks. Spa was good and on property restaurants also good »
