« This is a very spacious place, the room is well decorated and staffs are very friendly. They even offer airport pickup and drop off for free. The breakfast selection is very limited but the food is exactly how you cook in a traditional Chinese way. We would come again if we ever visit Lijiang again. »

« The environment is really pretty and tropical, lot of trees . Room is nice, staff very helpful, food is good. The only drawback is it’s kind of far from city. You will need taxi for most of the activities. The hotel is walking distance to DianChi only. Overall, hotel is nice for getaway , but not too convenient if you are here for touring the city »

The manager in the morning Emily Lou is such a professional in hospitality. The entire staff worked as a team to make customers feel happy and comfortable. They are an asset to IHG. « Spend 6 days in the hotel, the staff was very kind and the location was good with free horse driving to the closer hold town. The bad point was the restaurant in the hotel, we went there to have a dinner but the food was so bad I order the meat from Australia but it was like plastic I called the waiter and they was sorry offer a free drink and ask if I want to change to another course. I finally get the Pullman burger but the meat was not that good also just force myself to eat and went back to...

« I had a wonderful stay at Banyan tree Lijiang. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during my stay. Nevertheless, the hotel and facilities were amazing! Abby, Coco and Xiao Tang at the reception were also amazing and made us all feel so welcome! »

« Hôtel neuf (trois ans) vraiment superbe. Les prestations sont à la hauteur de la chaîne Sofitel. Chambres et literie parfaites, grande piscine, salle du petit-déjeuner immense et qui surplombe la ville depuis le 47e étage. Extra. Et pour ceux qui optent pour les chambres club, un étage dédié avec champagne et autres gourmandises made in France. Un véritable luxe pour un tarif très raisonnable. »
