Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. « This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. « The pension is located in a residential area of Poprad, a bit far from historical center, but there are some restaurants around. There was nobody to welcome me but I received all the necessary instructions to get to the room. Internet was sometimes slow and unreliable. Disappointing point was that the pension was not so quiet: dogs in the neighborhood barking until late in the evening and we hear very well when other guests are using water. »

« I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day.
