'The room was NOT clean, sheets were dirty, as well as sheets. Heater didn't work, flies in the room, I paided for a studio king bed, when I arrived I was informed room was not available any longer. I was provided a two twin bed. I asked for a refund, which I was decline, I have to contacted Expedia the same way I booked and paided. In addition, no one available at front desk. you had to call a number and then someone will come at front. Very very disappointed'

'A friendly face greeted us when we arrived. Was a welcoming room and very quiet. Would recommend for anyone to stay and I will stay again.'

'When we booked we weren't sure what to expect since we had never been there before . It was close to where we were visiting and took a chance. It was a pleasant surprise on how perfect it was for our stay . The staff were multitaskers and couldn't be more friendly or professional. All I can say is if we come back we will stay here without thinking about it . I highly recommend it.'
