Super clean, and fantastic location to explore the city on foot. Also easy access to the Streetcars, and grocery stores.
Communication could have been better - several messages on platform have gone unanswered - but the staff on site were super helpful.
Room (203) was finished to a fairly high standard, although if you are a light sleeper you may benefit from some ear plugs as you face onto fairly busy road, and the dividing wall/ filled door to the next room is pretty thin.
Some fantastic eateries around - Mikaku around the corner was a standout (approx 3 min walk), and Bisou French cafe (approx 5 min walk) had some incredible pastries.
