'Friendly staff. Small, but nice room (1persoon with shower). No toilet in the room, but not a problem as it was right across the hall. Good bed, modern interior. A bit warm as you cannot open the window without also letting the sound from the road in. Great Thai food in the restaurant downstairs'

'We had a very good vacation in this hotel with our one year old girl. While there are always small things to comment on, they have really gone the extra mile to make it a memorable stay. A couple of things to highlight: great facilities, close neighbourhood to restaurants and the high level of service. The fact that it’s a bit more far to the slopes is not a problem at all with their shuttle. '

'The hotel's spa was a great place to relax after a day's walking. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and evening meals were very good. The hotel was situated within easy walking of other restaurants and the start of hiking paths We would stay again if visiting Flims-Wildhaus.'
