SIMPLY WOW!

We had an absolutely wonderful one-month stay at this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a beautifully appointed space (brand new floors, bathrooms & furniture) that felt like a home away from home. It was very clean and refreshing. The amenities provided truly exceeded our expectations. The comfortable bedrooms ensured a great night's sleep, and the FULLY equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The highlight, of course, was the stunning views and backyard which we enjoyed each morning while sipping our coffee. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. I can't recommend this vacation rental highly enough and can't wait to return next year for another memorable getaway!

Winter Stay

Great home that was very clean with a very well appointed kitchen. Owners were incredibly responsive to the minor issues we faced and fixed everything immediately. A great home with a great view and great owners. Home is on the right side of a golf course so golf balls will come into the yard. Other than golf balls, this house is a great place to stay.

This is a great property. The house is very spacious and the owners are very meticulous about keeping the property in good condition. We had a couple of minor issues which we communicated to the owner. He immediately responded with solutions. I can highly recommend this property.

Another great family vacation in La Quinta. The property was beautiful and exactly as it had been described. Sergio & Melinda were readily available to answer any questions we had. This stay was exactly what we were looking for, a place to relax, unwind and essentially spend quality, uninterrupted time with the family away from our busy lives. Looking forward to the opportunity to stay again in the future. Thank you!

AMAZING STAY!

We had a wonderful time at the house; it is equipped with everything you could possibly need for an amazing time- from kitchen basics, multiple coffee machine options, all kitchenware, cups and glasses for all your favorite cocktails (the bar was a favorite hangout for us where we got to entertain many of our guests) The game room was so fun also and perfectly located so it was close to kitchen and courtyard so we can run in and make drinks when we were running low - while others hung out by the fire in the courtyard when waiting for their turn to return to the game! House is beautiful and very nicely decorated. Backyard was amazing, it's definitely a backyard you host and entertain ppl with, from the bbq island, fire pit, outside living room and beautiful patio furniture and chaise lounges, you can't go wrong! We spent our time in the pool and jacuzzi- we were there in March so the pool definitely needed to be heated because it would get cold at nights , the pool and whole backyard overlooks the golf course- it was so relaxing to just sit there and watch the beautiful horizon! The hosts Melinda and Sergio were so easy to talk to and very accommodating - they responded to all our needs and in a quick manner. We will definitely be coming back and we cannot wait!

Great house for golf vacation. Outdoor space is really wonderful. We spent so much time on the patio and in the pool. Plenty of living space inside too. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Melinda and Sergio were very available and easy to work with. Thank you.

Wonderful Family Retreat House!

Communication with the owner was great, the house was clean and as advertised. Really awesome. We had a great time with the family and spent a lot of time in the amazing pool with great views of the golf course and mountains. Loved the basketball hoop in the pool and it was so nice that the house has a huge fridge and with a large capacity ice maker! Plus, there's four other refrigerators for beverages. Quiet and secure neighborhood and we will be back!

Great Girls Weekend

My sisters and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway in this wonderful home. The outdoor kitchen is great, loved having the fridge to keep cold drinks in while enjoying the pool. Plenty of outdoor seating as well for all 8 of us. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked also. We enjoyed our time and will be back.

Home away

Our family had a wonderful time at Melinda and Sergio’s home. The house was very clean upon arrival. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 adults. The beds were comfortable but better quality bed linens would be a great improvement. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and well appointed outdoor furniture. The barbecue was used almost every night! I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home on the golf course!

Perfect Vacation Home!

This was the perfect home for our family trip. It felt like paradise! The golf course was a beautiful setting to relax by the pool. There was plenty of seating and spaces to gather outdoors and indoors - we especially loved the outdoor tv area and the game room! The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Families.

Great property. Outside was so nice. So many places to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The kids loved the pool abs were in and out of it all day. Owners were so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely rent this home again!

The home and outdoor living space are beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. We, too, had some wacky TV issues of turning on/off at odd hours in the middle of the night. The cable repair person came twice, which was a hassle but other than that it is a lovely rental.

Enjoyed our couples trip but issues with the house....

The home is in a great location and was comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 and plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. The furniture was comfortable. The landscaping was a bit shabby. Weeds and dead plants on the patio. Scrubs were overgrown. Pool and spa had so many leaves in it that we had to skim it ourselves. Also we had issues with the TV's (outside and inside). They would turn on on their own day and night...twice this happened in the middle of the night. It woke us up. Volume would be on full blast. Lastly, the owners informed us a day before arrival if we wanted the pool heated we need to pay extra. I felt this was deceptive since the listing stated "heated pool." They said they have since changed this on their listing. If I was to return I would stay somewhere else. Nicer options out there for this price point.

Mom's 70'th Birthday

Let me start by stating that the property is gorgeous. We had 4 couples and two little kids and it was the perfect layout for our little gathering. We had lunch at the patio one day and dinner inside in the dining room another night. This is definitely a home for entertaining. We paid the extra fee to heat the pool because it's March and I knew my kids wouldn't want to go swimming in cold water. Well worth the extra fee. The water was a perfect temperature for everyone to enjoy. The whole house is equipped with the Sonos system so we could easily play music through out the house and pool area. Communication with the owners was very easy. The only thing I would say needs improvement is that all the knives are dull. Made it difficult to cut anything. I usually bring my own set of knives when I'm at a house rental but I forgot to pack it so I had to rely on the knives at the house and they were not good.

Good Outdoor Living, Good Floorplan

This is a good property with great outdoor living (pool, hot tub, bbq island, firepit with chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas, outdoor tv, etc.). the floorpan and house are also quite nice. A few minor negatives that you can't get from listing / pictures, as follows: 1. On right side of golf hole about 200 yards from tee box. most golfers slice so balls come into yard off drives occasionally making it dangerous for kids in pool; 2. Garage - if you like parking in garage to keep car cool and storing gear, it is full of owner stuff and off limits. OK if disclosed but they don't disclose this until you have fully paid and get check in details. Disappointment as I had no idea a large part of structure was not included - when this is the case it is usually boldly noted in listing; 3. Cable - weird cable service with minimal standard channels. if you are getting away from news / tv not a concern but if you want to watch in evening or stay connected, really weird cable service that doesn't have many basics.

Lovely getaway with everything one could need!

The property was clean, spacious and filled with everything you could need to entertain a large group. The backyard setup was so luxurious, we spent all day outside in/around the pool and night in the hot tub or by the fire pit. We hosted a dinner party of 11, and there was loads of server platters, utensils, plates, etc. that we were especially grateful for. Beds were all comfortable and check-in/check-out was extremely easy! Thank you Melinda and Sergio for a fantastic weekend, we hope to be back soon!
