This home is an entertainers dream !! Surrounded by palm trees to create the ultimate privacy feel. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the Quinterra community in North La Quinta.

Indoors: Warm and inviting decor. This home is large and open and is absolute comfort with it's plush couch in living room, gas fireplace and a smart 70" HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and fit for a chef.

Bedrooms: The luxurious master suite has a king size bed, private backyard entrance, smart 55" HDTV, and en-suite bathroom, completed with large tiled shower, separate soaking tub, double sinks and vanity area. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed with a smart 47" HDTV. Bedroom 3 features 2 sets of XL bunk beds.

Outdoors: This home sits on a large corner lot with everything to entertain with: a 100% private pool & spa, TV, mini fridge, BBQ, pool table, and bar area. Everything about this house was fantastic! Monique was extremely informative throughout the entire process and was quick in response to any questions we had. The pictures don't do the house justice. It is clean, updated, and spacious. Our group of 12 had plenty of room during our stay and the backyard was great hanging out together. If you are planning on attending a festival in the area the house is a quick walk to a festival shuttle stop or just a 5 - 10 minute uber away from the festival grounds. Great stay!

Amazing House, Amazing Management

This was our group's 3rd time staying this house and we had a wonderful time! The pool, the kitchen / great room, the rooms, everything was great and spacious. Such a relaxing place to recuperate form Coachella. Monique is great to work with and we look forward to coming back again!

Amazing House!

This is our second stay at the Casa and I hope to be back again! The house was great, it accommodated me and my friends for Coachella perfectly. The openness of the house and the amazing backyard + pool is what makes us want to book this house every year. Monique (the property manager) is also amazing to deal with, she is super responsive and helps out in whatever way she can. We were also given a "Welcome Basket" we loved that! Such a nice touch when first getting to the house.

Great house for Getaway with Family!

We had such a wonderful time in this home during our recent trip to celebrate a birthday. The bedrooms are comfortable and a good size. The living room, dining room and kitchen were our favorite! These open spaces are "joined together," well laid out with plenty of couch space, counter space, a pool table and a kitchen table and tons of space for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy each other. The pool and patio is fantastic with great space and lots of shade. Kids had a great time in and out of the pool all day. We highly recommend this home!
