Parc La Quinta is a private gated community of 150 homes, each privately walled, in an immaculate park like setting. Our 1800 square foot home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, your own private salt water pool with tanning shelf and spa with cascading waterfall. The location of our home offers spectacular views of the Santa Rosa mountains from your own private oasis. The house is situated on a cul de sac with wide flat roads and a park at the end of the street which is ideal for the younger members of the family.
On entering the house, you will be welcomed by an open living room with high ceilings, brand new tile floor, beautiful Natuzzi leather sectional sofa and a formal dining table and seating for 6 people. Walk on through to the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and there you will find everything you need from your coffee maker in the morning and blender for those cocktails around the pool. Adjacent to the kitchen is a nook table with seating for 4 with fabulous views to the garden.
Next to that is the family room where you will find a wood burning fire and custom built concrete fireplace. Above that is a 55" TV. The house is set up for WIFI (400MBPS for remote working) and you will find a desk in the corner where you can set up your lap top and stay connected if you so wish. You also have free long distance calling throughout North America. Also on this floor you have your brand new washing machine and dryer and downstairs washroom. Off the family room, you will find an entry way to the 3 car garage.
Sliding French doors take you outside to your own little piece of heaven. Here you will find BBQ and alfresco dining for 6. Several very comfortable loungers are spread around the garden for your pleasure. Whether you like to lie poolside in the sunshine or prefer to read a book in the shade, our garden has it all. You cannot fail to find relaxation under these blue skies, with the mountain views and the sound of the waterfall from the spa into pool. Watch the humming birds as you sip your morning coffee. Enjoy the saltwater pool and relax on the tanning shelf. Pick lemons and limes right from your own fruit trees and sip a cocktail under the stars at night. Whatever your needs, this house meets it all.
At the end of your day head upstairs and enjoy an amazing nights sleep as all of our beds has top of the line memory foam mattresses. There is the master suite with King size bed and patio doors open to a balcony with yet again mountain views. Again with a large screen smart TV. Fabulous ensuite bathroom with double sinks, separate shower, soaker tub and huge walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart TV and built in closets. Third bedroom has full over full bunk beds and large smart TV. This floor also has the 2nd full bathroom with tub and shower.
The whole house is climate controlled with powerful AC, has new paint, recessed lighting, top of the line bed linens and towels. All furniture and many appliances are new and modern and we are sure you will not be disappointed.
High speed wifi is available throughout the house. (400 mbps). Live TV and recording is provided by Hulu
The whole house is yours. Saul, our 24 hour concierge, will be available to answer any questions or provide help if required - just give him a call.
The home is perfectly situated in the heart of La Quinta. There a numerous world class golf resorts just a few minutes drive as well as the famous Indian Wells Tennis Club. Its proximity to the unique La Quinta Village, and many restaurants and shops is superb.
