Hard to beat!

Finally managed to get back to the villa 4 years after our first visit. Property nicely updated not that it was bad to start with. Knew what to expect hence going back as it was perfect for us. Out of town so a bit quieter which is what we wanted, but near enough to walk into town or get a cab if we wanted. Pool was really quiet as ever which was great. Big pool as well which was one of the reasons going back. Stayed at a few villas in Corralejo and this was the best pool. Town was nice and busy but not too busy. Great to see people out enjoying themselves. Loads of places to eat/drink. Never had a bad meal. Problem is too many amazing places to eat. Get off the main strip and see what's on offer. Lidl nearby now right next to the main supermarket so easy to wander up for supplies to cook or use the BBQ. Choice is yours. Love Corralejo and the villa. As ever Pauline was easy to deal with. Thoroughly recommend this place. Not sure what else to say. Enjoy!

Our second time here. This is our total relaxation holiday. Dunes, tapas and hot tub. Villa was quiet, clean and good value.

Relaxing break

The outdoor area at the villa was excellent. Very private and quiet with a comfortable seating area with BBQ and the hot tub is the real highlight of the place. Large roof terrace also with good views, though we didn't use as it was too windy. Didn't use the pool either, but it looked great and was always deserted, it would be good for kids. Walking down into the main part of town took about 30 mins,, but we also drove in or got taxis home at night (€3.50). Some of the restaurants down in the square were amazing particularly if you like seafood. Bars along the front are great for lunch or a drink. Useful to have a car to drive down to the dunes to lounge about reading which we did a few times. We had a very relaxing week, would recommend and I will be back

Family stay

Great villa, we loved the hot tub and roof terrace especially. Property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The Mercado supermarket is handy and cheap to stock up on essentials. We found it to far to walk to main strip with kids and in evening shoes so would drive down and get a taxi back approx 4 euros then hubby walked down to get car in morning! Had one maintenance issue that was swiftly dealt with by emailing owner. Would recommend and would return.

What a lovely villa

Amazing courtyard and roof terrace with fabulous views spotlessly clean We found the villa a great location Near to supermarket and restaurants and fabulous beaches We will definitely be back again.

Great outdoor space

Great location and outdoor areas brilliant . Made great use of sun terrace and great use of space in the court yard. Make good use of the hot tub. Communal pool quit most of the time but freezing. Indoors , 2 good size bedroom , great shower. Real issue was the kitchen and lounge . We had a number of issues with cockroaches. Even after the visit from the maintenance man still has issue with them in the kitchen area. If this was resolved would probably have been a 4/5

Well equipped apartment with fantastic outside area

Quiet location with supermarket a short walk away. Beautiful sunsets from the roof terrace and enjoyed watching the stars in the superb hot tub. 20 mins walk into town and amazing restaurants and bars. Pauline was very helpful with lots of recommendations and we had a lovely relaxing holiday

We have enjoyed our stay at this home in Corralejo very much. The house has all amenities you will need for nice vacation. The hot tub is great for relaxing in the evenings.

Fantastic Villa.

Our family of 5 had an amazing 2 weeks recently and all thought the villa was an amazing place to stay. Set in a quiet private and secure gated complex a bit out of town, it had everything we wanted. The 20mtr pool was great and was surprisingly quiet. A lot of the time we had it to ourselves. The Villa was clean and tidy and pretty well equipped should you want to cook. A good BBQ was well utilised in addition to eating out, so a good choice depending on what you fancy doing. Having the large supermarket nearby was obviously useful to pick supplies. It has a few places to eat and drink nearby but the main resort is a bit further away. This was a plus point as it meant a quiet location with town being only about a 20 minute walk away. We had a great meal at Fado Rock which was the furthest walk we took and this was only about 45 minutes. This was through the town and a bit further on. Well worth the visit. Loads of places to eat which keeps the prices reasonable. Cabs are cheap with a taxi rank nearby and we also phoned for cabs as and when we wanted. Almost forgot to mention the hot tub which was surprisingly well used even in the heat. Also the sun terrace is also another option to get even more sun if you want. Pauline was a delight to deal with and was always quick to come back and answer any questions we had. Only negative is that we've been to Corralejo a few times now and am sorry we didn't come across this place sooner. We've stayed in other villas nearby and also others on the Island as we love the Island and this is our favourite! Happy holidaying!

Fantastic holiday

A wonderful holiday in Corralejo staying at this wonderful home with a great hot tub house furnished beautifully we loved the roof terrace with its gorgeous views and it was such a treat to sit in the courtyard having a nightcap and sunbathing in the day the pool is Hugh and so clean with lovely sunbathing areas The owners were so helpful to us and we can Highly recommend this villa and will return for are next visit .

Lovely villa

The villa is on a quiet complex and is very well equipped. There is a communal swimming pool which we did not use but is well maintained. The property has a large hot tub which was great to relax in after a hard day's sunbathing on the roof terrace which has sunbeds and a table and chairs. On the ground floor there is also a terrace with comfy chairs and a dining table. Inside there is a double and a twin bedroom with plenty of additional bedding in the wardrobes if you need it. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with a traditional shower head and a rainfall one. The living/kitchen room has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and also a dining table and chairs. The kitchen area is reasonably well equipped if you want to cater completely yourself and also has washing/ironing facilities. All in all an excellent holiday villa and Pauline is an excellent owner.

Lovely holiday villa

Pauline was very kind and helpful from booking to our departure. The villa is well positioned on the gated complex and we felt very safe. The villa is well presented and has all the usual amenities. The hot tub is a pleasure but we didn't use it much because the weather was too hot!!! You get to the rooftop terrace via a spiral staircase and the views from there are amazing.it is also a sunbathers heaven. The swimming pool was under maintenance for our first few days but once opened we used it most days,it was lovely and clean and we more or less had it to ourselves We were 4 adults and 2 small children and stayed in May 17, We hired a car and went out every day mostly to the dunes. Local supermarket close by and a few restaurants in walking distance. We had a wonderful time and thought the villa was reasonably priced. We would recommend this villa to a family of four or couples.

enjoyed our 7 night stay and would certainly return in the future, ok, its not in the heart of the town, but its a pleasent stroll into town and a cab back up. fab hot tub and lovely sun terrace.

Wonderful, relaxing stay in Corralejo

Stayed in The Fan for a week from 1st November, Husband, Wife and two adult daughters. House was ideally suited to our requirements with two bedrooms. We went at an off peak time of the year and the complex was very quiet. But the people we did meet there, next door neighbours, were very friendly:-) Get a car! We hired a small Opel Corsa at the airport, €85 for a week. We put €25 into it over 7 days which included 3 return journeys to airport. Used it every day and is very handy for getting to the sand dunes beaches and seeing other towns. House is about 25 min walk from Corralejo harbour, a nice evening stroll. Large supermarket only 5 mins from house and we bought fresh bread, meats, cheese and fish, fruit&veg there to make our lunch every day. Only downside. The weather. There for seven days and was sunny for two and a bit days. Most days cloudy, couple of days was raining and one day was absolutley torrential, so much so that some of the roads had turned to rivers and daughter almost missed her return flight due to traffic. We were encouraged when other residents told us that November is normally beautiful. Would we go back? Absolutely, but would love the weather to be better!

Sehr gepflegte und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Wir hatten sehr schöne Urlaubstage in dieser Villa in Corralejo. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und war mit allem ausgestattet, wie es in der Beschreibung angegeben wurde. Die Unterkunft ist zwar etwas weiter weg von Stadtzentrum, aber dafĂŒr ist es sehr ruhig und man kann den Tag erholsam auf der Terrasse ausklingen lasen. Der Supermarkt ist nicht sehr weit weg und man bekommt dort jeden Tag frische Brötchen oder dergleichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie hilft einen sehr schnell bei der Vorbereitung und Fragen weiter. Die Emails wurden binnen weniger Stunden beantwortet. Ich wĂŒrde in dieser Unterkunft sofort wieder Urlaub machen und kann diese uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen. Sehr empfehlenswert ist die Innenstadt von Corralejo, dort gibt es jede Menge gute Restaurants und auf den Straßen zeigen viele StraßenkĂŒnstler Ihr Können. Der Strand sĂŒdlich von Corralejo ist an jedem Abschnitt zu empfehlen, tĂŒrkisfarbenes Wasser und ein Meer aus feinen Sand.
