'We were informed 2 weeks before our stay (when it was too late to cancel) that there would be someone else staying on the property and that I had limited time to use the laundry facilities. The person staying on the property was underneath the house, so I felt like we needed to be quiet and not fully use the house as we would if no one else was there.
