Cette liste est pour une maison de ville ~ 1 250 pieds carrés, qui fait partie d'un plus grand ~ 5000 Sq. Ft. immobilier, qui comprend le niveau inférieur de mon séjour (qui peut également être loué à VRBO # 588032 fiche). Les deux locations de vacances sont complètement séparés, mis à jour, fraîchement peint avec: entrées privées; belles salles de bains; 55 'écrans plats dans les domaines de vie (le câble / Smart TV); 32 'écrans plats dans la chambre principale de chaque liste; laveuse / sécheuse séparés. Vous avez une kitchenette entièrement équipée / avec comptoirs en granit / appareils en acier inoxydable.

Vous regardez sur une belle forme de rein, piscine nouvellement refait surface, avec un toboggan et la couleur piscine lumière changeante LED, bain à remous, cascade, pont, travertin terrasse, île de barbecue / bar / évier avec un grand construit en gril à gaz et comptoir de granit -Top, feu de camp avec décoratif roche de verre. La piscine est chauffée par énergie solaire, prolongeant ainsi la saison de baignade. Patios / piscine / zones extérieures sont ouvertes UNIQUEMENT 9 heures-22 heures La location, y compris les patio / piscine / espaces extérieurs, sont les clients payants. Si vous souhaitez pour divertir les personnes non-paiement, le faire à un endroit hors de la propriété. Grand, 3/4 acre, clôturé, privé, propriété avec des arbres fruitiers pour vous de profiter / consommez en saison (orange, mandarine, pamplemousse, pomme et citron).

La propriété dispose de montagne et de canyon une vue imprenable sur l'océan Pacifique et Mt. Hélix. Très privé et tranquille. Volière extérieure et parfois je vois un troupeau de perroquets sauvages volent par ou la perche dans les arbres. Il ya seulement de stationnement hors rue.

Cette fiche Location vacances dispose de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains, 6 couchages avec deux lits queen, deux jumeaux (lits gigognes), (et un matelas gonflable queen si nécessaire). Pour les groupes de 1 à 6, louer celui vacances Location fiche. Pour les groupes de 7 à 14, louer les deux listes de location de vacances. Le loyer de base pour chaque fiche de Location de vacances couvre les deux premières personnes séjournant dans la liste. Pour les personnes supplémentaires (plus de deux), rester dans la liste, il y a un supplément de 25 $ par personne par jour (les tarifs des dates de vacances seront basées sur un minimum de six personnes). Les espaces extérieurs sont la seule chose que vous partagez avec d'autres restant à la propriété. Les animaux domestiques peuvent être amenés moyennant des frais, sur approbation.

Views everywhere you look!
This property was very tastefully decorated with beautiful paintings, crown moldings and an actual dolphin fountain! The waterfall in front was also very nice! The gardens out back were awesome with paving stones and hand rails everywhere! Jeffrey is a very nice and helpful host! The hot tub was very warm and enjoyable. The only downside was the many stairs. But we got our exercise over the 4 days we were there! And Jeffrey and his helper Jose were very nice to help us get our luggage and ice chests down to our townhouse! Overall a great getaway!! Thanks, Jeffrey!! We would love to come back!

Property lovely and extensive. Everywhere we looked there was a little yard statue or point of interest that almost always started a conversation between us. Nice coming back to the house after a long hot day to that pool. Owner was available for questions but not intrusive.

This is a beautiful location with comfortable bedding and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Jeffrey was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. It was not as toddler friendly as I must have thought when booking. The kitchen area is upstairs and the stairs can be slick with ceramic tile flooring. But overall, the home was beautiful and accommodating! Great host!

Jeff was super super communicative! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The pool and spa were a little different than expected; only one day would have been nice to use. We used the washer once and it seemed like it was going to fall down the stairs but here are all the great things: 1. The yard was amazing, we went on so many adventures and ate grapefruit and oranges 2. It was pet friendly and was so amazing! 3. The kitchen was fully stocked 4. The beds were comfy and had exactly what we needed 5. Great shower supplies; everything we needed! Jeff is a great host!!! I would recommend any stay here!!!

We traveled with my elderly parents and my two children ages 9 and 12 to stay for 5 days in San Diego. This property was fantastic and Jeff the host was great! He answered lots of questions for us about surrounding activities, restaurants and stores. He was very responsive prior to and during our arrival. He does live on site but was not intrusive at all. The grounds of this house are beautiful! It has a fantastic view and their are numerous fruit trees. The house was great for us. I would say the stairwell is a bit slick but not a problem by any means. Beds are very comfortable. I would stay here again. It is also a good location for enjoying the surrounding area.

This place was possibly the best place I've ever booked. It was so nice and easy to check in. Jeff was very much the best host. He was immediately present upon arrival. He was very welcoming into the property. Place was extremely functional and clean. Never have been to such an impeccable place. I would recommend this place to all of my people, for when they vacation in San Diego. I can't even process more to say other than, this vacation and stay will forever be imprinted in my brain as a full vacation experience.

The property has two rental units. This one was perfect for Grandparents on lower level and Kids and Grandkids on upper level. The other unit is a single level. This unit had everything we needed + extras. The pool was clean and maintained. The property manager supported all request and RESPONDED back almost immediately. EVEN after we left the property. This was a STANDOUT of all our short term rentals.

Fantastic Property and Great Management - Perfect for Families
First of all, Jeff was fantastic. He was quick to respond to any questions prior to our stay and was flexible if our flight came in early for check-in. Once we were there on the property he was helpful and friendly and looked out for his guests. This is a shared property with another rental (we were lucky and had good experiences with the other renters while we stayed there as well), and Jeff lives upstairs. We never had an issue sharing the common space (pool, BBQ, hot tub) and there is a ton of outdoor space for seating and wandering. There are fruit trees on the property that Jeff lets you pick from, the lemons were our personal favourite. We were travelling with two-and-a-half year old twins and it was a perfect unit to stay in with myself, my husband, my toddlers, and my parents. This unit is the one you can rent if you have non-swimming aged children as the unit has a latched gate separating your unit from the pool, where as the other unit's door opens directly into the pool area. My husband and I stayed in the room upstairs with our toddlers, it has a queen bed and a day bed with a trundle pull out, perfect for two kids. Things to note: the pool is not heated (which did not bother our children in the least) and the stairs in the unit are tile (if you have young kids staying there, perhaps consider bringing a gate to prevent a slip). The view from the property is gorgeous and the weather we found was warmer there than in San Diego (not being directly on the water). However, it was close enough to San Diego that our day trips to the Zoo, Sea World and the Safari Park were easy to get to. We would hands-down book again at the property and with Jeff and it would be a great place to stay with a large group and book both suites. Thanks Jeff for a great family vacation!

Wonderful way to end a day!
We decided to make a weekend out of the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park. Normally we'd stay in a hotel, but we decided to rent a VRBO instead. Best decision. This was a quiet, relaxing way to end a long day walking at the parks. Beautiful back yard, gracious host and plenty of room for all of us to stretch out.

Mount Healix Stay
We enjoyed our recent stay in this Mount Healix-area property. The owner was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. The flat itself was as advertised. The 2 bedrooms are quite roomy and have great beds/linens. Bathrooms are fine and having 1 up/1down is convenient. The kitchen appliances are very good and the entire kitchen/eating area is good sized. The pool area is really nice and so are some of the other outdoor nooks and seating areas - lovely gardents! Our bad for not knowing that this entire area is so hilly (the driveway is a killer!) that running/cycling is really not possible from the house. Otherwise, great area, great property, terrific owner.

The townhome we stayed in was great! Jeff made the process very streamlined and there was no confusion about anything. The home had everything you would need for your perfect getaway and more. The ultimate in comfort is made even better by air conditioning! Relaxing in the spa and by the poolside was a great afternoon treat. We would absolutely stay here again with no hesitation.
