We make ourselves available to guests via airbnb chat or phone for emergencies.

A waiver must be signed by all guests prior to check-in due to the fact that we have a pool.

For guests who would like to heat the pool, this is an option at an additional fee of $250 dollars per day. This is a pass through expense as the gas costs in our region are exceedingly high. It takes a full day to heat the pool at times so let us know in advance. It is complementary to heat the jacuzzi.

We hope this ensures each guest can select the option that best works for their visit and budget!
Neighborhood Vibe: Our home is nestled in a peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood. We have a strict no-party policy, and while we`d love to host your group, groups looking for a late-night outdoor hangout spot will likely be happier at a different property.
