« This home was absolutely perfect for a beach vacation for our friends and our dogs! Very convenient located to everything and it was so nice to be able to walk to everything - especially the beach! The home was very well laid out and everyone had their own space! We will definitely be back! »

« The house was perfect for our group of ten. 2 min walk to the beach. Bedroom descriptions are off...should be 1 king in master upstairs, 1 queen upstairs, 1 queen downstairs with a twin, and 4th bedroom has 3 twins. It was still perfect for us. Tub in master bath does not work, hot water handle is disconnected. Back yard is like a jungle oasis...gorgeous. Light switches are difficult to navigate. Very good pots and pans. Even with the small quirks, the home was perfect for us. »

« We were a family of 12 and it ranged from a small toddler to teenagers and adults and let me just say this home accommodated all ages perfectly. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was certainly a plus! The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes of all kinds even dishes and utensils that were toddler friendly. « We had a lovely stay at the beach house! It was the perfect spot to explore La Jolla and the Bird Rock neighborhood. The nearby Windandsea Beach was great for lounging and watching the waves and surfers. The pool was a little chilly in June but that didn’t stop my youngest daughter (12) from swimming. We arrived at night so it was a little hard to find in the dark, even with detailed directions, and we had a small issue with the key code not working, but our host resolved it quickly. Once...

« Everything was very nice of course the best thing about it was location steps to the beach. The home was nice and clean. Provided everything you needed plus extras. The view of the ocean unobstructed. The parking is tight but at least you’re provided one. The outside area could be cleaned and more welcoming. I didn’t sit there at all because it felt like I had to clean it to sit down. »

« It was such a nice cozy place. Dorene went above and behind to make us feel welcome and special, and was always pleasant to interact with. So many nice touches: Comfy beds, great location, two kitchenettes (not big but great to have) stuff for children/babies' washer/dryer, hot tub. The neighbor Alex was also very nice and helpful especially considering the backyard is a shared space where he lives and we were just vacationers. Everything was perfect for our needs, would definitely stay here...

« From beginning to end, my experience with this host was amazing. The house was beautiful. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect. Having a washer and dryer made a big difference. This house is century located to everything that you would want to do and we did it all, we were here for my son’s Marine Boot Camp graduation.
