'Very fine and luxurious hotel with friendly and helpful staff, very good restaurant, sauna facilities and indoor swimming pool. Clean rooms. No families with (young) children as guests. Good parking facilities for cars and bikes, free transfer shuttle to downtown with bus stop. '

'It was on the beach, room view was the sea,facilities were great within room and accommodated our request for walk in shower. The restaurant staff were beyond excellent, not met any restaurant staff even in luxurious hotels this good. Food was delicious and well presented, restaurant really listened and actively sought out information for potential allergens and communicated them. View from room onto bench and tacos selected and accommodated for food allergy.'

'Goed hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Vlak bij het strand en de bushalte voor de deur. Verschillende restaurants in de buurt en in het hotel zelf is het eten ook wel aardig. Minpunt is het zwembad. Slecht onderhouden en zeer onhygiënisch. '

'Very central and our room was lovely and quiet. Taxi rank right outside. Slowest lift in history, plus it broke down, but thats life. No nice coffee pod machine in the room which these days many places have. But we had a nice stay with decent facilities. Didn’t try the restaurant but wish we had because when we out (it was a Friday night) into Jersey there were no restaurants with space. 'Very good hotel. Room well equipped and quiet. Swimming pool and spa area great. A few minutes walk from main street, a bit further away from the port area (but within walking distance).'

'My first time in this hotel in Jersey, the hotel, staff and room were all very good, the inclusion of a pool and adequate gym suited me for the 7 nights I was there. The weather was very warm and the garden space to relax was also a good addition. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Recommended.'

'Anna is amazing without her this place would not function. Its not an easy establisment to run due to its age and needs updating inside. That said the breakfast is great and the rooms kept incredibly clean. The road is noisy but is to be expected being on a main road. The location is great for both coast and country and St Helier with parking outside its brilliant.'
