Large main kitchen, built in ice makers and laundry rooms on both levels. 2 story dock with 2 covered slip2, dock furniture and a jumping platform! In addition, we have a dedicated driveway with plenty of parking. Free internet and long distance.

The main floor features a 20' high stone fireplace, wood flooring, 20' vaulted ceiling, granite counter tops, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, ice maker, 2 wall ovens, 2 stainless refrigerators and a large TV. For dining, you’ll have indoor and outdoor dining tables that each seat 12 and seating for 8 more at the island and kitchen bar. The large covered side deck overlooking the lake has an outdoor wood burning stone fireplace, dining table, chairs, and a gas grill. The master bedroom has its own balcony with lake views.

The lower level features a TV viewing room with large screen TV as well as a room with table for cards or board games. One room on this level has a queen bed with bunks, one has 2 queen beds and in the other two rooms, you have a King and a Queen. One of the rooms walks out to the large covered deck, another has its own balcony/deck and 3 of the 4 rooms have lake views. This floor also has a second washer and dryer set and a second ice maker for filling coolers. The covered side deck on this level features a lighted hot tub, outdoor speakers, ping pong table and additional seating.

The 6th large bonus room with full bath sits above the detached garage and has a full kitchenette as well as a small deck for enjoying your lake views. There are 2 Queens and 2 bunked Twins in the bonus room and it is set up nicely to double as a home theater room.

We are 45 miles from Knoxville and only 75 miles from the popular Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg resort areas. You can hike the new Cumberland Trail or visit the Cumberland Gap National Park. There are also 2 world class ATV parks within a 30-60 min drive (Windrock and Ride Royal Blue) with charters and rentals available. Only 5 mins to the Chapman Hill Winery and Deerfield Golf Resort.

We do have an outdoor camera that monitors the dock to ensure it is always secure as well as one that monitors the parking lot and trash cans.
