Brad and Joey were by far the most helpful property managers we’ve ever had. Their cheat sheet was extremely helpful and we dined at a few of the recommended restaurants off property which were great! 'This is a very impressive hotel on first look. It is modern and well designed. I think that the most expensive rooms are quite well laid out. The smaller less expensive rooms…. Which are still expensive within the San Pancho market… are quite small and lack the creature comforts that one expects for this category of hotel. It is ideal for a 2-3 day stay…. Not so great IMHO… for an extended stay.. The staff in all areas is very friendly and the facilities are well maintained.. There is one thing...

'All the units in this small complex have a fantastic beach/ocean view. The terraces are nice sized, our bed was comfortable, unit was very clean, well equipped and close to dozens of shops, restaurants and bars. The pool was warm and never crowded. Hard to expect anything better.'
