'The house is large and reasonably cool thanks to thick walls. The garden is also large with many trees so you can sit in or out of the sun. The house has all the amenities you can think of. Its central location in the Marais makes it a good base for excursions in the area. La Rochelle is only a 45-minute drive away. Nantes and Poitiers are also within reach. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time at this location.'
