'We wanted to stay in an older type residence while spending time sightseeing and at the nearby zoo. Super cool place with everything you need for a quiet country stay. The host Marie was wonderful and welcoming. We didn’t speak French and she didn’t speak English but we made it work just fine. If you want a place to get away from the hurry and bustle I would 10/10 recommend. '

'The most idyllic French experience imaginable! A centuries old estate away from the masses where you are greeted by fantastic hosts that know all about the area and are happy to give you all local advise you need and the best sites to visit and which to avoid. Having your own transportation is must. We stayed 8 nights and still many activities on our list. Will absolutely be back. Probably most suitable from travelers without or children over 12 but we had a fantastic time together with our 9...

'We really enjoyed our stay. A beautiful house with spectacular views. The pool was brilliant and so convenient to have the pool house also. Marina was very attentive. The perfect place for 3 generations to enjoy a family holiday.'

'Heerlijk verblijf. Sfeervol oud familiehuis, met veel ruime vertrekken en heerlijke zeer grote tuin met groot zwembad, tennisbaan. Gezien de leeftijd van het huis moet je hier geen modern comfort verwachten; de keukens en het sanitair zijn ouderwets maar dat geeft het huis juist de charme en sfeer. Behulpzame beheerster.'

'Nous nous sommes retrouvés en famille dans ce gîte en pleine nature. Thierry notre hôte était très sympa et discret. Il met à disposition des voyageurs petits et grands beaucoup de choses ( cuisine très bien garnie..voitures électriques pour les enfants ..jeux de société pour tous les âges et répertoriés soigneusement..livres...) sans compter les cadeaux alimentaires fait maison de bienvenue. Super souvenir ce séjour !'

'If you had unlimited funds, were a petrol head and wanted to create a dream house, I don't think you could improve on what Laurence and his wife have create here in any way. To say it is perfect is not doing it justice.The thought that has gone into the architecture, the automotive decorations all around the house and the little things provided for guests such as beer on tap, make this the perfect place.Thank you both for having us, we hope to visit again.'
