"Good overnight stop on the way back from south of France, food was good in the restaurant and a reasonable price for a hotel, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Nice big tv in room to watch premier league football and Miami f1 qualifying. My husband and son were happy with that as well. Beds were comfortable, only criticism was my adult son’s bed only had a thin blanket and no duvet, he said he was cold in the night."

"Surprisingly, no lift but reception was prompt to switch our arthritic selves to ground floor. Bar had excellent, reasonably-priced local wines (Beaujolais Villages) & on-site restaurant had Canette des Dombes."

"We used this as a stop over on way to the Alps. This was our 2nd time staying here. A very easy, safe and nice hotel. Does exactly what we needed it to. "

"Very helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Showers were hot. Plenty of on-site parking. Easy to find."

"The rooms are old and in need of an update. We only had nets at the window, no curtains to stop the morning light. One of the bedside lights was not working. The website advertised at evening restaurant, this is now no longer open."

"Good location and only about 3-4 mins walk to town centre. Mâcon centre is a little gem with loads of shops."
