'We had a very nice stay at the Hilton DFW Executive Conference Center. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The water stayed hot, and the shower pressure was excellent, always appreciated after a long day of travel. The fitness room was one of the better hotel gyms we’ve used, and having two restaurants onsite was very convenient. Overall, the staff and facilities made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again.'

'I had a really good stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Coppell, Texas. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. 'The room was clean, staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was great but no shuttle. Not from the airport or to the airport. The shuttle was a major factor in picking the hotel. To find out it was not available was very disappointing.'

'Called hotel from the airport around 10:30pm to order the free shuttle. No answer - tried several times and just rang out. Ended up getting an Uber. Arrived around 11pm. Customer service from the front desk was virtually non existent, so was not surprised nobody picked up the phone when I called. Was asked if I needed the shuttle in the morning but was then told all the early shuttles were already fully booked. The room itself was fine other than very poor water pressure from the bathroom sink...
