'Super céntrico muy limpio y el staff muy amable solo aveces no tenían agua caliente'

'Everything was perfect'

'Room cleanliness was lacking. The usual suspects, hair on the toilet, hair on the floor, and handles/switches/countertops had grime and caked on dirt. Items in the rooms need touch ups. Scratches all over the head boards, single pillow for comfort, and everything seemed dated in our room. For the price we paid, expectations were high and a let down unfortunately. Lobby and 3rd floor were beautiful as expected and we enjoyed the coffee bar during the morning hours. Staff were very friendly aside...

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!!'

'Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were...

'Nice balcony that's shared which you can't see in pics. Bed is firm but comfortable. Room is really small but just right if you using it to sleep in for 2 people. It's an older building but was very pleasant to stay in and seems to be really well insulated, the only sound you hear is if someone from the next room is going in or out their door.'

'Kevin the host was amazing. He greeted us and gave us the history of the building and surroundings. It was an easy walk to EVERYTHING! Best time ever. '

'There are plenty of amenities nearby, so you don't need to go anywhere else.'
