Peaceful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Pam was wonderful. The place was impeccably clean, new and comfortable. We loved being our in the country yet 10 minutes away was plenty of shopping.

A birthday weekend getaway

Everything is as listed but the stay was so much more. I loved hearing the birds outside the window while having coffee in the morning. Looking at the longhorns put a smile on my face every time I walked outside. Hearing the donkey during great conversations in the back patio kept us giggling. I loved being able to see the stars in the night sky. I even got to enjoy a swing in the backyard. Pam was always so quick to reply to my messages and Wayne made his way over to help reprogram a remote and not only did he show up with a smile, he gave me suggestions for my next coming trip to Hawaii. They are a sweet couple and the rental was just what I needed this weekend.

We loved the property, even Dian ti the interior decor and we were very comfortable and highly recommend it it for anyone wanting a bit of country location with nearby access the IH 35 and FM roads.

Great property

This is a purpose built 1 bedroom apartment with nice amenities. The place has most everything you’ll need for your stay. It is clean and well stocked including dishes, cookware, towels, soap, etc. There’s no TV in the bedroom but the one in the living room has Dish Network. The bed is firm if that’s your preference. We’d choose this property again

Nice townhouse - perfect for what I wanted

The one bedroom townhouse was what I was looking for. I really liked the shower. Wayne and Pam were available and ready to answer any question we had. The TV on the back patio was fun. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Everything great with one exception

Everything in this townhome was perfect except the sofa. The bed was great. Everything was spotless but the sofa needs to be replaced or the cushions replaced. Could not enjoy just sitting and relaxing. Ended up sitting at the bar. We were in #4. Don’t know about the other 3 townhomes.

excellent property and location - spotless and perfect

Thank you Pam & Wayne for having us at your property. The location was perfect - easy access yet felt like being out in the country. We enjoyed seeing the cows, especially the baby calf. The sunsets made us want to be out for a long time. Guess what? we even got a chance to go to the Blue Hole while we were at your place. Trip and accommodation could not be better and no complaints at all. We actually tried to rebook for early August and noticed that it was already booked. Hope to come back again sometime. Thanks again.

This place is within a minute of Texas Old Town so was very, very convenient for my daughter’s wedding. We were able to bring a lot of the decorations, linens, etc to take to the venue the morning of the wedding. It was new & beautiful inside & nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable!

Pam and Wayne have made a lovely litttle home away from home! The place is spotless yet inviting. Bed is very comfortable, plenty of pots/pans/utensils etc. they are very responsive if you need something, but hands off if you don’t. Quiet, beautiful spot, just a few minutes to 35. Long-horn cows across the fence. Beautiful sunsets. No better place to stay in the area!

home away from home!

what a lovely place Pam and Wayne have created in Kyle! birds chirping, cows and a donkey next door, but just a few minutes from the 35 onramp. Quiet, lovely. So well equipped! Even had a little blender for my morning drinks, and everything you would hope would be is there. Really comfortable bed. And all the linens and even the couch have such nice texture (big fluffy towels, soft comforter, sumptuous leather couch. To top it all off, the place was SPOTLESS. I have never stayed at a place that was so meticulously clean. I walked around barefoot... Thank you Pam and Wayne! Hope to be back again in October~~~
