'This property owner cancelled 5 hours prior to check-in. Confirmation of check in was given by then5 days prior. Their reason:it was double booked. '

There were a few minor maintenance issues like loose or damages boards on thd patio decking or handrails, and the previous tenants damaged a few things before we checked in. 'Very charming house with river access. We had a wonderful time tubing the Guadalupe river and enjoying the beautiful property. Two foxes and a racoon visited us in the evening while we enjoyed the cool breeze on the covered deck. We also enjoyed morning yoga near the river.'

'We stayed here for a girls trip and had a fantastic time. Renters club is very responsive and check in/check out was very easy. Home is walking distance to 6th street bars and a short drive to downtown. House was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 9.'
