'Located on ranch next to homeowner. The house as described and handicap accessible which is plus for us old timers. Deer and farm animals to enjoy. Everything you need to cook but recommend if you cook bring your own spices needed. Recommend Hayes City restaurant and Whiskey Ridge restaurant. Make reservations for Whiskey Ridge for sure. 'Great stay that accommodated the family '

'The house is lovely and clean. Jules was great and very responsive to texts and emails. My family and I enjoyed watching movies in the living room while our 3 year old had a blast playing with the puzzles, labyrinth, and train set. Everyone slept well thanks to all the beds having VERY comfortable mattresses. We wished our stay could have been longer, but hope to stay here again in the future!'

'We had a family wedding in Kyle and this house was close to the venue. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had a downstairs bedroom and bathroom which was perfect for my mom who has arthritis. The kitchen was very roomy and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay.'

'We selected this property due its location to Texas State for my granddaughter graduation. House was just what I needed for my sons and their families. We never found the river access but we didn’t have time. We enjoyed the glass bottom boats and San Marcos Square. My whole family enjoyed a relaxing time. '

'Our family gathered for a wedding. We rented all 4 cabins and the house. All were beautifully decorated and the house was much larger than I expected and a great gathering place for all of us. Pictures don’t always depict what the property really looks like but not on this case. My family stayed in the Craddock house and it was absolutely spectacular.
