You live in a 48m² large 2-room apartment. The living room is equipped with sofa bed, TV and stereo. From the living room you enter the open kitchen with stove, dishwasher and dining area. From the bedroom with double bed you enter the balcony. This apartment was comfortably renovated in 2010. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial supply. Non smoking. No pets. The apartment has a carport.

The charming apartment complex in the Strandstraße 14 was built in 1998 in the style of resort architecture with many interesting wooden structures and is located in the district east of the wonderful seaside resort Kühlungsborn. Just a stone's throw away is the center of the district East with numerous bakeries, cafes, restaurants and boutiques as well as shops for daily needs. In just 2 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn-Ost, where the bus station is located.   To the fine sandy beach and the pier is about 600 m. From the pier you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the marina.  The stylishly designed 2- to 3-room apartments are 45 m² to 75 m² in size, partly in two levels with a loft and are suitable for two to five people. The apartments have a bedroom with double bed, some with children's room / guest room, living room with open kitchenette, cable TV and stereo, shower / WC and terraces / balconies / loggias. In the house there are bicycle storage facilities.
