A comfortable and welcoming apartment, whose furnishings invite you to relax and unwind, will make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The rooms are harmoniously decorated in blue and white, reflecting the feel of a seaside vacation. Behind the west-facing terrace is a generally accessible garden, bordered by a fence, which provides some distance from the coastal road. Immediately behind it lies the urban forest, which connects East and West Kühlungsborn.
The house was built in the spa-style and is quiet yet centrally located. The Baltic Sea coast with its beautiful sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.
You also have the option of taking the beach train, the Molli narrow-gauge railway, or the ferry to neighboring towns. There are plenty of bike rental stations.
An indoor seawater pool with a high temperature, featuring a large wellness area, was built right on the beach promenade.
Entertainment, shopping, and fun: The beachfront promenade is ideal for strolling and shopping at any time of day or night. You’ll pass by chic boutiques, wonderful shoe stores, restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors—and, as a special highlight, the brewery with a winter garden is not far from the apartment, serving rustic dishes and excellent fresh beer on tap. Live music is featured at least once a week, followed by dancing. Of course, there’s no shortage of small and large fish taverns and seafood restaurants, where you can get fresh fish or buy it yourself.
Beach activities: Building sandcastles, volleyball, kite flying, beach workouts, barbecues and beach parties, and of course long walks along the beach. The possibilities for shaping your beach life are endless. Of course, you can also relax in a beach chair, listen to the sound of the waves, watch the ducks and swans in the water, and admire the large "vessels" coming from abroad and heading for the port of Rostock. At dusk, the fishermen take their boats out to sea to provide their guests with freshly caught fish the next day.
Combined boat and bike tours: A boat trip from the Strandstrasse pier in Rostock and back on your own or a rental bike is a truly unique experience. The bike path runs almost entirely along the coast, takes about 3 hours, and offers wonderful places to stop.
Similarly, you can organize a day trip combining a boat tour and a bike ride at the small family-friendly beach at Rerik. Rerik, with its lagoon and beautiful cliffs, is a must-see.
Or take a boat from Warnemünde to Copenhagen and explore the charming Danish capital. The evening will round out a special day of your vacation.
