The apartment is located on the first floor and has a living area of about 48 m² and consists of a very nice living room, a separate kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dining area, a separate bedroom and shower / WC. The living room has a couch. Sat flat screen TV is also available. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave and plenty of cutlery and crockery. W-Lan is available free of charge. Per person is a linen package (towels and sheets) in initial equipment available, incl. Cleaning. In the garden you will find a nice sitting area with garden furniture. A parking space for your car is reserved in front of the house. No pets, no smoking.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.
