« Overall, the room quality was beyond my expectations. When I looked at the pictures, I was expecting a shabby, gloomy, and dirtier place. Even the restaurant on the first floor and the entire house looked old by the time I booked a room. In fact, the restaurant's atmosphere was really nice, and the room quality was as good as the restaurant--at least well-managed and clean enough. It was at least worth the money spent. « The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. »
