This is the beginning of your perfect Hawaiian vacation.

Overlooking the powerful Pacific Ocean and the spectacular Poipu coastline, this nani (beautiful and enjoyable) resort is ohana (home) to twelve oceanfront condos that feature spectacular views as well as a beautiful ocean-front swimming pool, sunset deck and BBQ. Located in the heart of Poipu Beach, you have access to all that Kauai has to offer: sandy beaches for swimming and snorkeling, exciting hiking trails, waterfalls, golf, shopping, and more. A favorite pastime is simply watching the ocean from your expansive lanai and listening to the waves crashing on the rocks.

Wake up to the sounds of the sea. From your 30-foot private lanai, watch Honu (sea turtles) and seasonal Kohala (humpback whales). Enjoy spectacular island sunsets and tropical breezes, all in the comfort of your island home.

Poipu Palms is a boutique complex with only 12 units. You will have easy access, mostly on an oceanfront pathway, east to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt Kauai, where you can wander around lush tropical gardens or indulge in a reviving treatment at the world-class Anara Spa. You are also a short distance to the Marriott, Kauai Sheraton, Poipu Beach Park, the iconic Brennecke’s Beach and Beach Grill.

The owners of Poipu Palms take great pride in our Hawaii homes. We have an ocean-front pool and an Ocean Deck looking over the spectacular Pacific Ocean.

For sleeping arrangements, we provide a queen bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The linens are made of high-quality Egyptian cotton.

For your beach excursions, the condo comes equipped with four new Tommy Bahama sand chairs, a Tommy Bahama umbrella, luxurious beach towels, and sand toys.

Our two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers cable TV with a DVD player and the fastest free wireless internet on the island. There is a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with spices and seasoning oils. The kitchen under-the-sink cabinet containing laundry soap and cleaning products has an easy-to-use, toddler-proof locking mechanism. We provide welcoming Hawaii coffee, toiletries, paper products, and laundry detergent.

Prachtig appartement op een toplocatie aan zee.

Onlangs hebben wij gebruik gemaakt van dit appartement en het is ons zeer goed bevallen. Via Home away was ik op zoek naar een appartement op Hawaii op het eiland Kauai en kwam terecht bij Poipu Palm 202. De foto's en recensies spraken mij aan en heb contact gezocht met eigenaar. Hij reageerde direct en was correct in zijn mailverkeer. Bij aankomst is het altijd een verrassing van wat je aantreft, maar het is precies zoals op de foto's, zelfs nog beter, want op de foto hoor je niet het ruizen van de zee en zie je niet de dolfijnen die voorbij zwemmen en de schildpadden die voor je in de zee zwemmen. Echt prachtig en dat op een toplocatie. Hier (poipu) zijn ook de meeste zon uren en het ligt centraal om met de auto alles te bezichtigen. Een auto heb je echt nodig. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Voldoende handdoeken en bedlinnen. Wasmachine en droger en een vaatwasser. De keuken is goed uitgerust met borden glazen en bestek. Goede bedden en 2 badkamers. En alles wat je nodig hebt voor het strand. Het balkon is ruim en je kan er heerlijk op zitten met dat fantastische uitzicht op zee. Het zwembad is niet groot maar heerlijk om in af te koelen en weer met uitzicht op zee. Mocht ik terug gaan naar Kauai dan zou ik dit zeker weer boeken. Het eiland is super mooi en heel bijzonder. Het is een grote Intratuin waardoor je wandelt en heen rijdt. Vriendelijke mensen, behulpzaam en relaxt. Voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt en ook kleine supermarkten waar je alles kan halen. In overleg met de eigenaar mochten wij wat langer in het appartement blijven daar onze vlucht pas in de ging. Erg fijn en attent van hem. Kortom doen en boeken, je zult er geen spijt van hebben.!

My twin boys and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It had a magnificent ocean view, was a half mile walk to Poipu beach, the condo was exceptionally clean, the kitchen had everything you might need to cook any meal, the decor was lovely, beds comfy & having beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow was so nice. No ac but lots of ceiling fans and screened windows throughout the condo so we didn’t need it. Our host gave us a heads up about a slight detour to the condo from the airport due to construction & provided easy check-in instructions. The chocolates and coffee left for us made the welcome especially nice. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The view is spectacular, the condo kitchen/living room area is a nice size. I didn’t a lot of time on the deck listening to and watching the ocean. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and beach going and the pool is a nice added feature where we watched the turtles and an occasional whale while watching the sunset. We also used the shared BbQ. Great location and a lovely island. I can’t wait to return.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Everything you might need for home cooked meals. The views were great and we enjoyed sitting on the lanai. It was a nice bonus to have access to boogie boards and chairs. Be aware the apartment is not air conditioned so it was sometimes uncomfortably warm even with all the fans on.

I was struck by how both the property manager and owner went out of their way to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The condo was immaculate with very comfortable seating inside and out and even more importantly, the bed was very comfortable. The picture doesn’t do it justice as you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee with an outstanding view of the ocean. It was wonderful to be greeted with candy and coffee to start out our holiday. Great location! Easy walk or 2 minute drive to Poipu beach. Right at the end of maha’ulepu heritage trail and the lava arch. We loved sleeping to the sound of the waves.

This property is stunning. It is positioned next to the ocean with amazing views from the balcony and pool area. The condo had everything that we needed and it was very comfortable and relaxing. We could walk to the beach and there were shops and attractions nearby. It was a lovely alternative to the very busy resorts and with a lot of space to feel at home. I recommend staying for a full week to really immerse yourself in this gorgeous place.

Amazing Oceanfront Condo

Our family of 4 spent a week at this amazing property. The ocean views were spectacular and we saw many sea turtles from the lanai. Great location between 2 popular beaches. Easy walk to Brennecke's Bar and Grill for wonderful food. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would stay again!I do want to mention that the outside noise from the complex was rather loud. You could easily hear the comings and goings of other residents. This was not a problem for us but it might be for others that are sensitive to noise.
