The Plumeria Retreat at Poipu — a golf course home with ocean views in the heart of Koloa
Set on a quiet cul-de-sac with golf course views on one side and mountains and greenery on the other, this ~3,000 sq ft home offers four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. From multi-generational family reunions to bridal party wellness retreats to close friends seeking space of their own within a shared escape, this home welcomes it all.

The Space
Mornings unfold on the large deck, your coffee or smoothie in hand, watching golfers play through — or join in on the fun with your personal putting green out back. Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed for gathering: a generous kitchen island, a round table that seats eight, and light-filled living areas for relaxing or games.

Living & Dining
The open-concept living and dining spaces flow together beneath large windows framing the surrounding greenery. It's an easy, elegant space for the whole group to gather after a day of exploring Poipu's beaches and attractions. This home works best for families or close-knit groups — bedroom 4 can be accessed through bedroom 3 (but there is a locked privacy door) and privately from outside. If your group includes multiple couples or families who'd prefer full separation, we're happy to help you figure out which bedrooms to pair together. Need to binge Love Island? We got you covered with our large screen TV in every bedroom.

Yes Chef!
With high-end appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to cook with ease — pots, pans, quality cookware, and enough plates and glassware for the full house. Full refrigerators and coffee makers on both floors for slow mornings.

Outside
The deck is the heart of this home — where mornings begin with coffee and evenings wind down with drinks and island breeze. It's an easy spot for a sunrise stretch or a quiet moment before the day begins, making it a favorite for guests using their trip to slow down and reset. An outdoor shower keeps sand from ever making it inside. Private grill is on hand for our chefs who want to cook al fresco.

Guests also have full access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club including resort style swimming pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, and open-air gym with yoga studio, both a ~ 5 min drive away. Most guests find they don't miss having them right outside the door — between the deck, the putting green, and Poipu's beaches nearby, there's rarely a dull moment on-property.

• Primary Bedroom — King bed, ensuite bath, private lanai access
• Bedroom 2 — King bed, shared bath with bedroom 3
• Bedroom 3 — King bed, shared bath with bedroom 2
• Bedroom 4 — Twin bed + sofa bed, shared bath

Note: Bedroom 3 can be accessed via Bedroom 4 but this door can also be locked for privacy. Bedroom 3 and 4 have separate outdoor access as well. Please reach out before booking if you'd like help planning who stays where.
