Aloha and welcome to our condo in sunny Poipu, Kauai. A one bedroom, second floor air conditioned condo nestled between Prince Kuhio Park and tropical gardens. The living room has great views of the gardens and the pool. You can hear the ocean waves from your bedroom at nights. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a laundry room in the condo for your convenience. House cleaning is available. Local phone service is free.

There are two sandy beaches across the street. Swimming with the sea turtles and observing the whales and monk seals is within 100 feet of the condo. Or, you can relax by the pool surrounded by tropical gardens while listening to the sounds of the nearby waterfall. The BBQ area is available for you to enjoy complete with picnic tables.

There are a variety of outstanding restaurants in the Poipu area. Shops are just a few minutes away at The Shops at Kukuiula, Old Koloa Town or Poipu Shopping Village. Don't forget to visit Spouting Horn and the Botanical Gardens within walking distance. Just minutes away is golfing, tennis and horseback riding. At Kukuiula Harbor there is open ocean dives, ocean tours, sailing and sport fishing.

Great Location

The view was great of the oven and loved spending time on the deck for breakfast and dinner. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen had double of everything. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was peaceful for just seating and reading a book. The office had a scale so we could weigh our bags.

Fantastic Condo and Location

The condo is fantastically stocked. There were coffee filters and other things needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, tons of beach items and coolers. Also really liked having our own washer and dryer in the unit. The pool and location is awesome.

Great home base for anniversary island adventure

Had a very memorable stay at our Prince Kuhio condo. Comfortable amenities, and it was pleasant to see all of the included items in the unit: especially the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrella and the boogie boards. So nice! Really enjoyed going home to it each night, and waking up to roosters crowing each morning. Thank you!

Beautiful condo great location

Enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai while watching the sun rise over a mountain to my left and the waves from the ocean to my right. Sunset was a very short walk to the beach. Perfect location to travel around the south and west side of the island.

This unit was a good value. Everything was as represented. We liked that 1) AC, 2) Parking structure, 3) Sun blinds on both ends, 4) Wash/Dry in unit. The local property management team was very proactive in communication. I forgot to display the parking pass one evening and received a courtesy note the next morning. I liked that someone was paying attention as the parking is very limited in this area. Did not take advantage of the commons but it appeared very well maintained. Thanks!

This property was perfect! The front and back views are fantastic. The beach is just across the street and was great for snorkeling. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bbq area was great. The pool was clean and quiet.

Wonderful Property

This unit in Prince Kuhio (213) had everything you needed and more. Lots of cookware and utensils. Beach chairs, boogie board and beach umbrella. The bed was very comfortable, with lots of beach towels and bathroom towels. I would most definitely rent this unit again. I thank the owners who open up their home to others.

The grounds were very nice (pool) ponds. Condo well furnished. A little dated but nice. Front door should have an extra deadbolt, didn't feel verty secure. A couple nights some kids would run and bang on all the doors. (PARENTS??) Overall very pleased with our stay. Would book there again.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for my cousin's wedding close by, and I cannot believe how perfect this condo was for the occasion! They had everything you need at your fingertips, across the street from the water and one of the best restaurants on the island, it was honestly everything we could have asked for. Wonderful Condo and Amenities

This condo has it all - and I mean ALL. There wasn’t a single thing lacking or not being supplied. The location was great and had no trouble with parking. Walked every morning and sat on the deck drinking coffee and watching the waves.

Perfect for our Family of 3

Booking a VRBO can be intimidating when you don't know the area. I wanted an ocean view but most were not in my budget. I found this Prince Kuhio and I couldn't have been happier. It was perfect for me and my two teens. We were in the heart of everything (best snorkeling across the street), best swimming at near the Sheraton, sunsets at the Beach House...all within walking distance. Already told my folks they need to stay there.

Good: Great location and well equipped. Nice pool. Not Good: Owner’s comments for another review said bed replaced in 2018 but it has a nasty body divot on one side and needs replacement. Being required to leave unit for pest control spraying for three hours one morning was a bit annoying and lack of information about where and what was getting sprayed was very annoying. And the free insulated lunch bag in the refrigerator had someone else’s fast food leftovers in the refrigerator.

Cozy rental in great location

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great and the apartment was clean with an ocean view from the back balcony. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use. The only drawback was that the pool closes at sunset. Given that the sun went down at 6 o’clock that was really unfortunate and unexpected as most other places we have stayed have pools that are open until 9 or 10pm.

Great stay!

Loved this unit! More room than the studios made a huge difference. I did not mind the lack of air-conditioning, but my husband did. The unit was well stocked with everything, including spices, cookware, beach accessories, etc. Our only complaint was the bed. My husband moved to the pull out couch after the first night. I stuck it out on the bed but had some back issues. Overall, the unit was great.

We have stayed at the Prince Kuhio several times and love this location. Unit 213 is definitely one of our favorite units so far. They have everything you could possibly need for your stay, even some snorkel gear, as well as several beach chairs, umbrella and mats. The kitchen is as well stocked as my own at home. Didn't need to purchase anything but food. Our 2 weeks was great. We're even getting used to the twice daily onslaught by the parakeets. Thanks for sharing your home. Love the artwork, Jolly.
