Flats in Koloa

'Great location. Perfect for our short stay.'

'Best thing about this place is location. Very close to beach and strip mall right across from this resort property. Few things which were disappointing was the noise from the wild chickens that wander the property. They started making noise every morning at round 3AM. They are loud and I had to put on my noise cancellation headphones to get back to sleep. The front desk gave me patrol phone number to call if it repeated next day and it did and no once answered when I tried calling multiple...

'Gorgeous unit. Clean and current! Easy check in and out and smooth all the way around. Thank you!'

'Apartment was nice and clean Washer machine was a little noisy when spinning A couple of restaurants near by'

'Excellent location and amenities for a family with 2 young kids, who loved the sandy beach, pool, and grassy area- all of which were right outside our door or within a 5 minute walk! The condo was incredibly cool and felt so relaxing and comfortable after a hot day in the sun (it had an AC unit in the main area and bedroom). We had a wonderful trip and would recommend this unit and complex- especially those with young kids!I will mention that it seemed that previous visitors have been rough with...

'We had an amazing stay! The unit was well stocked with towels, dishes, and beach supplies. We loved the view and the access to the nearby pool/fitness center. We highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in visiting Kiahuna. '

'Great location near the beach and shopping and local restaurants'

'The property we stayed at was perfect for our week in Kauai. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals, easily walk to the beach, and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had enough storage. The living room was very nice and comfortable to sit in. This was one of the nicer places we have stayed in all of our travels. Casey was very responsive in her communication when we needed information or needed something. Thank you for creating a superb place for vacationing in...

'One of the best condos we have ever rented! This condo is perfect for families with young kids. It was incredibly well stocked, beach gear, kitchen supplies, etc. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but there is plenty of parking at all of the beaches. There’s a great shopping center with restaurants that’s an easy walk, and the condo is located right across from the pool, which was so convenient. The condo complex is very nice and safe. Kevin was a responsive host. We highly recommend this...

'Nice unit in a great location. A couple of issues with bedding but the owner made it right. Would stay at this location again. The beach was great and loved the complimentary fitness club access and the nice assortment of restaurants nearby.'

'Great location, and property was very clean and organized upon arrival. Nice view overlooking the grounds and partial ocean. Kiahuna is my part of the south shore, so I love staying here. The rental had some very minor issues, but nothing that took away from my stay. Check in was super easy, and they even called the day before to confirm arrival time. The hosts are very easy to communicate with, and they even had some goodies for me upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.'
