'The property is brand new. The decor and furnishings were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed for all your needs. Property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Enjoyed the property very much.'

'Some rooms have no view, and we have had to change for a better one, without any problems. The hotel is very close to the Harbour and a few minutes downtown. Easy parking too. Good restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not our first stay in this hotel and if we visit Kodiak again, we surely try to stay there! '
