'Property setting is great. Home is comfortable and as advertised. We had a power surge that caused issues with the high tech thermostat which needed a log in pin to reset and we had smoke alarms triggered unpredictably a couple of times for a short time but the fault of the property manager who was very responsive when needed. '

'We had a wonderful 10 night stay at this Heaven Hideaway cabin. It was tucked away into the Smokey mountains away from all the noise, which provided a cozy, rustic feel. 'We stayed 2 nights this last weekend and even through a huge winter storm it was perfect for us. The property is so pretty and there were multiple fire pits throughout. We were upgraded last minute graciously by the owner as someone else canceled in dome 5 which was bigger and had an extra heater. I got proposed to while there so we will definitely be back as this property now holds a special place in our hearts!'

'The dome was very cute and nice. The bed was comfortable. I sat on the porch and just enjoyed the sounds of the creek across the road and the tree frogs. It was incredibly peaceful. The bathrooms were very clean. Unfortunately other guests came in around 11 pm and were pretty noisy, so i didn’t get much rest. But thats part of the camping experience. Would stay again.'

'The cabin was excellent! The location was perfect. Very close to the arts and crafts communities and Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge was only a short drive away as well. The cabin was clean and very well stocked with kitchen supplies. Our kids loved the games and pool table. The theatre area was the perfect way to end the day relaxing with a movie before bed. The owners checked in with us and were very responsive. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!'
