'The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. 'My daughter and I stayed here for the weekend with our family dog, and couldn’t have had a better experience. The property is conveniently located near all major Pigeon Forge attractions, but feels tucked away in tranquil privacy. The unit was SPOTLESS, and though it rained a lot we were thoroughly entertained by the games. We were comfortable and the hosts had thoughtful and kind touches throughout. We will absolutely be staying again! It’s our new go-to in the Pigeon Forge area!'

Once we arrived we had to drive up a very steep and narrow driveway, with 5 trucks, it was very difficult to maneuver in such a tight space. Very frustrating! There were no handicap ramps or railing.
