This place is TERRIBLE!
We arrived at 7 PM and our room still wasn’t ready. The front desk told us they were having issues with housekeeping and that the bed wasn’t made, but it would be “10 minutes.” Twenty minutes later, the room was finally done — and it was still NOT clean.
There was no shampoo, the room was dirty, and they do not clean your room during your stay. If you want fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the front desk, and they only give you one set of towels for two people. You have to repeat this every single day.
There was dried blood on the comforter, the kitchen floor was filthy, and the breakfast was extremely limited. Both mornings I went down, there was either no coffee or it was cold — which tells me it was leftover from the day before. Absolutely disgusting.
There’s even more I could mention. When I complained, I was told the manager would comp my stay. I appreciated that, and before leaving I confirmed it with the manager — he agreed. But they only comped one night, not the entire stay as promised.
If you want excuses, broken promises, and a dirty, gross, poorly managed hotel, then book here. Otherwise, stay far away.
