Graduation Stay
Overall- it was GOOD! Plenty of space … decorated beautifully… solid home built in 1900.
It was more on the outskirts of the old city than I thought but I had never been to Knoxville before . It was definitely very close to things and parking was convenient but we chose to drive every where we went …We came in town for a graduation. It was affordable and tons of space (3stories ) however all bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd level… so lots of stairs . ( something to consider if you have bad knees) Our bedroom light started coming on while we were sleeping and that freaked us out a bit lol we would turn it off and about a few min later it would turn on again! We contacted the property manager and they were quick to respond and said they could check out the issue . The only other thing I would wish is that ALL windows would have a covering .. there were several windows with no way to cover for privacy ( a few windows downstairs and windows on 3rd floor). Also… my husband wanted to add that maybe an alarm or security system would be great for people that are staying there and not from the area since all bed rooms are on the upper floors. There were a lot of homeless people around and a couple of times right outside the town home .
The home was stocked off all necessary toiletries and soaps, detergent etc so that was nice .
