« My wife and I have visited Knoxville many times to visit our daughter. This was the best place we have stayed at. The home itself is very nice. We prefer staying in a VRBO over a hotel so we aren't stuck eating out every meal. We were able to enjoy a few meals at home with friends. The outdoor living space is great. The patio off of the master was perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooftop deck was excellent for hanging out at night. We had no issues during our stay...

« This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away but very convenient to downtown and campus. Very spacious apartment and well stocked and kept. We loved that it had 2 king beds as opposed to queens. Precious courtyard area is an added bonus! »

« Staying here was really nice, it was clean, and within walking distance of most downtown spots. It is next to a railway track, for some that may cause an issue, but i live near one anyway so it didnt bother me. It was mostly quiet, except for a pair of guests who i guess havent stayed in a vrbo before, but i was headed out to dinner so it didnt really impact me very much. You do have to lock doors behind you once you wnter your code to get in, but thats not a big deal. All in all though anytime...

« Overall, it was a great place to stay. The apartment had some quirks like low ceilings, low shower head, and many corners were not 90 degrees. However, it was clean, everything was nice, and it worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Not to mention the price was good. Since it is only about a 5 minute walk from my son’s house, we will definitely be staying there again. »

« Nice condo. Clean with convenient amenities. #1 aggravation was they only furnish thru streaming. No way to watch regular channels. Ie: Couldn’t watch Vols game or any other SEC football. They need to mention in their description that you must bring a fire stick to watch regular live TV. Had some concerns about the patio being unclean but they responded immediately & sent housekeeping. Nice place to stay, great accessibility to Market Square & Gay Street. Just OK for the price. »
