« The initial impression pulling up to unload was really bad. It’s unclear which “lane” for valet and which is self park. No signage and a tight space turning in from a busy city street. Awkward. One of the worst initial impressions ever. However, once you finally get in and up the elevators (takes time, there are two hotels stacked on each other in this high rise), the check in, the staff and ultimately the room were all fantastic! « It is true that the hotel is well located, in the city center near the basketball stadium. The staff is friendly and welcoming. But the quality/price ratio is purely scandalous. $300 for a standard room and a breakfast worthy of a disaster camp disgusted me. This is the biggest scam I have ever been a victim of. In any country, for this price, you will have 10 times better »

« If you’re arriving late, make sure you call when you are on your way and let them know when you’re arriving. Late night check-in means low staffing and if someone’s in the bathroom or on their break, you might be outside for a bit. »
