Holiday House Noka with swimming pool is an excellent choice for escaping the busy life and relaxing in the natural surroundings of a small village Veliki Bročanac. We are located in the hinterland of town Split, which is a capital town of middle Dalmatia. Our guests will enjoy the fully equipped real estate with a private swimming pool of 30 m2. Access to us is easy and we are well connected with all must see spots in the surrounding area.
Noka is fully renovated and modernly furnished old Dalmatian family estate. The landscaped garden and pool area will provide entertainment for guests of all ages.
As we are new in the market, with great enthusiasm we develop new ideas to improve our offer, and we currently offer: 4 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, spacious living room with dining room and kitchen, large terrace, parking, BBQ, outdoor dining area, 30 m2 swimming pool, spacious pool area, all indoor and outdoor space is fully equipped and designed exclusively for our guests who will enjoy total privacy.
The whole property is available to guests, both indoor and outdoor space, and they will enjoy complete privacy during their stay.
To our guests we provide support and help during their holiday planning and stay also we are always at guests disposal if they need us.
Our little Middle Dalmatian village of Veliki Bročanac is a typical Mediterranean landscape. We are located in Klis municipality with a rich history, and as the most significant trace of time, Kliška Fortress has been recognized by world-renowned scientists as well, and as such was the host and place of recording of the planetically popular Game of Thrones series.
Klis has a rich history; in the 9th century it was the seat of Croatian kings and in that capacity it was the Croatian capital. Because of its prominent position for a long time it was a difficult to conquer fortification. Medieval Klis was the seat of Croatian fighters; Uskoka, against the Turkish and Venetian invaders. In this honor, the last weekend of July, the reconstruction of the live battle at Kliška fortress is held.
We must mention: the spectacular city of Split and the charming town of Trogir, both under the protection of the UNESCO cultural heritage that are located in the immediate vicinity.

The use of the car is necessary because of our rural location, so that you can move freely and be able to explore all the beauty of the region we are in.
From Split Airport SPU we are 45 min drive, and from the city of Split and the first beaches 30 minutes drive away.
If you are coming by highway A1, the exit point is Dugobabe, and there is another 5-10 minutes drive to us.
