'We booked this last minute and didn’t know what to expect. It was our first time to the area. We were pleasantly surprised. The room/condo was right in the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from our deck. Only a few steps away from the beach. The tennis/pickleball court was in excellent condition, with good equipment! We did have to buy our own pickleballs (not a big deal)and enjoyed it every day. 'This house had everything you need for a great vacation! So many fun games and toys for the house and pool. We highly recommend this house and its location. We were able to walk to restaurants and there were so many shops and groceries that were right around the corner. There’s a walking/biking trail that was 1/2 mile away that went on forever-we loved using that trail every morning! Thank you for a beautiful home!'

'We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date. Also, one of the pool drain covers is broken and you can cut yourself...
