Inside, you’ll find two welcoming living areas—one on each level—offering space for everyone to unwind. Whether you're watching your favorite shows on wall-mounted TVs, reading a book in a quiet corner, or gathering for a family movie night, there’s room for everyone to relax. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large dining table with bench seating, ideal for family meals or game nights.

Enjoy the peaceful surroundings from one of the many outdoor seating areas. Sip your morning coffee on the bench swing, share stories on the deck after a day at the beach, or fire up a classic OBX-style cookout on the park-style grill. After sun-soaked adventures, rinse off the sand in the convenient outdoor shower.

This cozy cottage includes two spacious bathrooms, both with a tub/shower combo, and three comfortable bedrooms thoughtfully laid out across two floors. The upper queen bedroom offers limited ocean views and easy access to a cozy den—perfect for a quiet retreat.

For your comfort and convenience, bed and bath linens, plus bedmaking will be provided in 2026.
