'It was a nice weekend getaway with friends. Owner was very responsive. We made a big dinner, sat and talked, went for walks. Nice place to relax.'

'We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place.'

'We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. '

'Our group was two couples, one grandmother, one 17 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. That left 3 or us with a full size bed and/or a pull out couch in the living room with no privacy The property should list "sleeps 6 people" noting that two people sleep in living room. Otherwise we had a lovely vacation, steps to beach.'

'My family and I stayed one night in this fabulous house. It was absolutely perfect. It was walking distance to the downtown, which was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I enjoyed coffee together in the morning while listening to the record played and reading those adorable husband & wife “little books”. What a perfect addition.
