'The Globe Inn is a classic, old english pub. It is welcoming, as are the owner and the staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and have everything that you would need for a stay. It is also conveniently located for access to the coast, and local attractions such as Burgh Island and Salcombe.'

'The hotel was wonderful. All of the staff without exception were friendly, pleasant, courteous and helpful. I loved the Yoga sessions thank you Franny, Caroline and Laura. The hotel is out of the way, which suited us fine but it is difficult to locate and if you want shops etc the Beach Club is not for you. The curtesy bus was extremely useful.'

'Hope Cove is a lovely place to stay. Food at the Hope and Anchor was five star. Staff were friendly. We did feel however that certain parts needed more attention. There was thick dust under the dresser in restaurant area. There is a paying car park next door which was £12 for 24 hours.'

'Very nice spacious apartment Lovely views and great location Car park is very small and tight Above a pub so can be noisy The pubs kitchen fan is on the balcony which is quite loud so not a very peaceful sit on the balcony Lots of kitchen essentials and games Comfy beds!'

'The hotel’s setting is unique being on an island and arriving on the sea tractor is an experience. Whether it is really worth the expense is debatable but it certainly is very enjoyable.'
