As a family we travel often and we typically rent VRBO's or hotels. We also base our choices on reviews and the listing and how it is described. Based on reviews and the listing we choose to book this place for the Christmas week. Upon arrival we were shocked to find that the house is literally across the street from a large school. This was NOT in the listing and only after I complained it was then placed in the listing. The place next door to this house is the "Boys and Girls" club. Thankfully school was out of session or we would have left immediately. The house is VERY small although the photos do not show just how small. The walls must be made of paper because EVERYSINGLE thing you can hear from upstairs to downstairs. If you choose to sleep in the downstairs room be prepared to hear every single foot step, every cough, or the person turning in their bed. Yes, it's that bad. The bedding was old and the pillows were so flat and disgusting that we had to go out to the store to buy pillows so we can sleep on them. The kitchen may have numerous miscellaneous items but there are no real glasses or wine glasses. Just cheap plastic cups and only 6 of them. It was awful even trying to find some coffee mugs. The throw carpet in the living room always creeps up and creates this big wrinkle and I actually tripped on it in the morning. The bathroom upstairs door doesn't even shut. We had NO wifi for 3 days. This place is awful and we are VERY disappointed.
