'Gorgeous property, staff were so lovely, lots of parking! Room and decor was lovely and we felt so at home. It’s a shame we didn’t spend more time on site. Breakfast was great, and the cafe was insane! Probably one of the best cafes in the county, if not country. We will definitely return. The choice to purchase local produce from the pantry was a nice touch too. We visited the area for business, but hope to come back in our spare time and stay again!'

'Large bedroom and recently modernised en-suite. All clean and tidy. Nice and warm (4 day stay in January). Breakfasts were excellent and the food available for the evening meals in the pub part of the hotel was also good. All of the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The car park is big. Breakfast does not start until 7.30am. You order it from the menu the night before and it was always ready for 7.30 for me, but I was there on business it left me quite tight for getting to my meeting...

Whether I was heading out to explore the hubbub or grab a bite at nearby restaurants, everything was just outside the door. The room was stylish, with little touches that make a stay feel special. The decor was fresh and the space was laid out really well. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.'

'Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. 'Gorgeous location. Big room with comfy bed and good bathroom. Cosy bar and we enjoyed a lovely meal. Nice walk into the tiny village for cafe and another pub. Good value. If you’re not a dog person it’s worth noting there were a lot of guests with dogs.'
