Newly remodeled oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with fantastic ocean views. Located in the sunny and vibrant beach town of Kihei. Beach chairs, umbrellas, luxury beach towels and a cooler are all provided to enjoy your day at the beach! We strive to achieve a welcoming and thoughtful retreat for your stay in magical Maui. Whether you dine out at one of the delicious restaurants nearby or play chef in our fully stocked kitchen, you will enjoy your new home away from home in Maui.



The Space:

We want you to feel at home the moment you open the door. Our condo is located in Kauhale Makai “Village by the Sea”, a community nestled up against a charming beach; perfect to catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include two pools, a hot tub, volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, putting green, several community BBQ grills with picnic tables and evening tiki torches. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm trees and banana trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. Take a breath and feel the Aloha!



Our condo was thoughtfully renovated from floor to ceiling.

Our kitchen is fully stocked and prepared for every home chef. Stainless steel appliances, high end cookware, blender, Keurig with K-cups provided, french press, dinnerware, and all utensils including a complete BBQ set. Our dining table comfortably seats four, and we also included counter stools for your comfort.



Our living room flows seamlessly from the kitchen. Unwind after a day exploring as you enjoy your favorite evening show on our 55” TV. The sofa is a queen sleeper, should you need the space. Our condo comfortably sleeps four adults.

In the bedroom you will find a dreamy queen size bed. For your comfort we offer both memory foam and regular pillows, and extra bed linens.



The hotel inspired en suite bathroom will leave you refreshed. We provide plenty of fluffy bath, hand and face towels for your stay.



Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler pack are also provided.



High speed WiFi and cable TV.



The condominium complex maintains a convenient laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers, or pay via an app.



Parking is provided at no charge.



Twin size floor mattress available if requested in advance.

The Neighborhood:

Kihei is located at the base of Haleakala, a sprawling and majestic 10,000 foot high volcano. Stunning views of the mountain are everywhere. Lined with miles of beaches, local food & shopping, and close proximity to many activities including snorkeling, surfing and paddleboarding. Fun fact about Hawaii- all beaches are public! There is no such thing as a private beach anywhere in the state. Together with neighboring Wailea, the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. Kauhale Makai is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland. If you prefer Costco or Target swing by on your way from the airport! Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes down the road.



Getting Around:

Most of our guests rent a vehicle to get around, it's the best way to explore Maui. Kihei is close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.



Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.



Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex and are shared. Payable via app or coins. We provide Tide pods.



Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear as a covid precaution.



Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes away.



The resort is designated within a hotel-zoned district and, as such, will not be impacted by the pending Short-Term Rental (STR) ban currently under consideration.
