'This was a wonderful condo and perfect location. 3 adults stayed just shy of 2 weeks. While the condo did feel tight for 3 people, with only 1 bathroom, it was a nice condo. Sugar Beach Resort is a perfect location to stay at as you are in the middle of wherever you want to go on the island. This condo does not have an ocean view but the pool is right there and the beach is just on the other side of the pool. 'I had such a wonderful stay in Kihei! The location was perfect—close to shops, dining, and everything I needed. The property itself was spacious, comfortable, and had a welcoming vibe that really made me feel like a local. 'Mark and Pam are generous, responsive hosts who made our stay smooth and welcoming. The condo is clean, spacious, and modern, with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen (plenty of pots, pans, and utensils), and lots of beach gear. Its location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, with food, gas, and groceries close by.A special note of gratitude: they kindly allowed us a later check-out, which may not always be possible, but made our last day especially relaxing. 'Great place to stay! Our family of a 1 year old and 6 adults stayed at this Condo in Kihei for 5 days. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed- from beach gear to baby accommodations (high chair and pack n play). The beach is within walking distance. The parking stalls were compact size and a little tight for the suv we had but other than that everything met our expectations.
