This 3 bedroom 3 bath multi level condominium apartment is like a private home! From the entry you can step up to the open living area with a ocean view lanai. The spacious living area can easily accommodate a family get together with the entertainment area and comfortable dining section. Also on this level is the well equipped kitchen-perfect for a quick snack or making that gourmet meal to enjoy on the lanai. The living room sofa opens to a queen size sleeper sofa able to accommodate 2 guests. On the lower level are two bedrooms-each with their own lanai and a separate full size laundry room. Just a few more steps is the private master suite- with a private garden view lanai. Want to take a refreshing dip? The swimming pool at The Palms of Wailea is a short walk through tropical gardens. Want to stroll along a long sandy beach? The "jewel" of Kihei- Keawakapu Beach is also a short walk from the property. This property has something for everyone's perfect Maui get away!

At this property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Host is goodTownhouse is a long way from the pool and pool is up a steep hill. 15 minute walk to beachTownhouse is a bit cluttered and needs significant upgrades in the bathrooms. Overall the unit is dated and tired . It was clean and well supplied. However the thermostat was locked and could not be adjustedThe bidet in the master had a sign on it “do not use”TV system was quirky but we figured it out. However You need to put in your on logins to stream and we never figured out how to get local channels but not a big deal. Furniture was moderately comfortable. TV is small for a family room. There were beach chairs there however some were broken. Beds were not comfortable for us and the condo is quite dated. Kitchen was well equipped and worked well.Be aware. A busy road goes by the unit so road noise is a significant issue even at night. View from the upstairs patio is ok, you can barely see some ocean through tree canopy. It’s a functional unit but quirky. Not as good or as nice as we had hoped for. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our family.

Great property for the price. Interior is a bit dated and it definitely shows age but it’s a great price, location and is very well stocked. Only real issue was that the knives were very very dull and definitely need to be sharpened or replaced. Chopping/food prep a bit challenging.

This property was even better than the pictures! Very clean and well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The location is in great proximity to the beach, Wailea and Kihei. Bryce with Bello was very communicative and helpful with all our questions.

Spacious, Well Equipped, and Close to Beaches

This property is unusual because it is three bedrooms and three baths and larger than most. This is one of the older units on the property but has been well maintained and very clean, with updating in kitchen and bathrooms. The unit is well supplied with many essentials for kitchen, laundry and bathroom, so I would suggest you visit unit before going to the grocery store. The owners have also supplied 8 beach chairs and beach cooler. You will need to rent a beach umbrella. This is someone's personal vacation home and the decorating does reflect years of collecting beach style items. In one of the closets in a bathroom there is an entire library of books available, board games and puzzles are available too. The only negative was the AC does not cool well and remove humidity from the house. The pool is quit a walk from the unit and is up a very steep hill that only uses rocks as stepping stones. Be aware that this unit has steps you go down and then back up to get inside the unit. Also many steps inside because it is on three levels. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect place!

This was a great place to stay! The pictures really do no justice. They had everything we needed and it was close enough to everything. We had 8 of us in total and space was never a complaint. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
