Aloha & welcome to Condo B14! Our fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to feel right at home, including spices & oils. Bring your favorite drip or pod coffee with you to make your morning joe in the duo coffeemaker. For your convenience we'll provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash can liners, new sponge & a roll of paper towels. You'll replace just the paper towels as needed.
If you prefer, start your day with a cup of coffee (provided by 7:00 am daily) on the patio while watching the SUN rise up over Haleakala and listen to the gentle sound of waves lapping the shore. Our unique location allows for both rejuvenating sunrises & magnificent sunsets - how cool is that?!
This 2nd floor (no elevator) condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa & we have an Aerobed available if you prefer.
The DINING area seats 4 comfortably & the private balcony seats another 2. Perfect for enjoying your home-made or take-away meals after a hard day's play exploring Maui!
SMART TVs are in each bedroom areas as well as the living room for streaming your favorite shows. High-end, whisper quiet 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C SYSTEM will keep everyone cool/comfortable throughout the condo. Ceiling fans will quietly move the air if you prefer opening the windows & slider door to cool you with fresh trade winds during our temperate mornings & evenings.
The downstairs bedroom has two TWIN BEDS, perfect for a family with kids. For a nominal fee, housekeeping will join the twin beds into a king with a conversion kit & bedding. The upstairs loft bedroom has a KING bed & ensuite bathroom.
Each BATHROOM has convenient walk-in showers. Both have a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of soap, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring your favorite bath & body products from home or purchase on island at one of our many stores.
In the closets you'll find 4 Tommy Bahama BEACH CHAIRS, an umbrella, cooler & beach towels. Take them with you when you explore Maui's many beautiful beaches! A Maui Revealed book in your condo will assist you with planning your adventures.
A coin-op LAUNDROMAT is located on each floor where you’ll find bookshelves loaded with easy beach reads. You'll find games for family night in the upstairs laundry. We suggest bringing laundry pods & dryer sheets from home so you don't have to purchase more than you need.
Our patio is popular in the evenings for gathering to talk story while preparing delicious dinners on the gas BBQs. Watch the spectacular SUNSETS from here - the panoramic views ensure they'll be truly breathtaking. Bring a camera!
Our property sits at the calm, serene morning waters of Ma'alaea Bay - perfect for swimming, paddle-boarding and kayaking. The afternoon trade winds bring waves that are perfect for boogie boarding. For those who prefer, we have a crystal-clear mosaic tiled OCEANFRONT pool with plenty of chaise lounges for your use. We provide boogies and pool noodles.
Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer, whether exploring, shopping or dining. There's plenty of options to fit all wallets, appetites & fashion styles!

Family vacation
Information was shared with us from the beginning of our booking. We received information about the area such as things to do and eat. A week before we received information on how to check-in and check-out of the condo. It was great to receive a welcoming package especially after long flight. We enjoyed the facility and its amenities - pool and beachfront, and we even used the grill for a night in. It was a quiet place and the room was sufficient for a family of 4. We spent most of our time outdoors, surfing and exploring the island. A few things to note. The parking spaces are a bit narrow so you have to be cautious in getting in and out of your car.
The king size bed is upstairs that may hinder those who have trouble with stairs as the stairs are a bit narrow. The bathrooms are an open shower concept with a partial barrier wall but be prepared to have a wet toilet floor. Overall, it was a perfect place for our family. We would go back.

Wow! What a beautiful spot! Walk out your door to the ocean! The unit had everything you'd need to make a meal even though we never did, too many great spots to eat on Maui. Strongly recommend Monkeypod kitchen! I drank my coffee on the patio and watched whales every morning. Would totally stay here again.

Best VRBO we have stayed in, lots of beach toys for the kids, great beach access, beach view from the lanai, plenty of linens, check in we effortless, clean, well stocked, will definitely be back

Nice faculty but had a ton of cockroaches
Nice area, parking could of been better. Overall decent but our unit had cockroaches. Management didn’t seemed like they cared and didn’t do much except throw a few traps in the unit. Expensive trip to spend time with cockroaches

Accurate listing
This was an amazing Condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The separate bedrooms and baths was awesome (especially with two kids). It was super clean and check-in and out was a breeze. The location was easily accessible and the beach access was extraordinary with really gentle water which was great for little kids. My family really enjoyed our stay and had a hard time leaving. I would definitely return and recommend this property to friends.

February Getaway
Excellent location right on the beach. We saw whales nearly every morning. Nice patio with free coffee in the morning. Friendly atmosphere. Good location with easy access to lots of different restaurants and activities. Don’t rent a really big vehicle because, as described, the parking lot is tight. We really enjoyed our time here.

Little Slice of Paradise
I would 100% stay at this condo again! It's centrally located and easy to get anywhere on Maui. The other renters were super friendly. The beach is literally just steps from your front door! The unit we stayed in was super clean and did not lack amenities. I will be recommending Kihei Sands to my friends and family for sure!

Hidden Gem in Sugar Beach
Great location, on one of the nicest beaches in Kihei, family friendly with bigger units; love the loft style in the 2 bedroom unit and ocean views.

BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!!!
We chose this location based on some of the other reviews and the room layout. The booking process was very easy and all communication was thorough and easy to follow. The follow up to any questions I had was always timely. When we arrived we checked in with our door code and were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and came with anything you might need to make yourself feel at home. We were close to several great snorkeling spots and other great sites to see. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great location with even better service. Thanks again!
