Nani Kai Hale 405 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront Hawaiiana style condo along Sugar Beach. Enjoy your stay in this private condo with comfortable furniture and a split AC unit in each room. The open floor plan living room leads to a lanai with both ocean and Haleakala mountain views. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV, split AC and a king size bed. The master bathroom has a custom stone walk in shower.

The living room has comfortable furnishings and an updated 65" smart TV. The sleeper sofa combo has been updated to a queen memory foam mattress and can comfortably sleep two guests. The fully-stocked kitchen with full size appliances is fully equipped to cook meals from this oceanfront condo. This unit has high efficiency split air conditioning, one in the bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen and ceiling fans for our guests that prefer open to enjoy the fresh air.

At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Nani Kai Hale is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a shared oceanfront pool next to the grassy lawn space. This area also has an outdoor BBQ/kitchen common area and this space is well equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.

Amazing!

From beginning to end this was an fabulous time. We have visited in the past. We are in love with this rental. So clean, so quiet, ease of entry and beach access. The management worked with us on changes and we just could not be happier with our place. We had everything we needed and then some extras. ( beach chair's, umbrellas, beach towels. ) we cant wait to come back!

Great place and love the location, could use some updated appliances but we mostly just used the bbq's so it wasn't a big deal. The private area was well maintained with comfy chairs to enjoy the sun. I would stay here again in the future.

Great Couples Getaway

My husband and I traveled to Maui for the first time and we’re looking for a nice stay that wouldn’t break the bank. This spot checked so many of our boxes; location, comfort, cleanliness, etc. it’s the perfect little place for an easy “no frills” type of stay. You get an amazing partial beach view, paired with a Mountain/volcano View. We were able to hear the waves crashing from our condo, which was super relaxing to fall asleep to at night. Bed is super comfy as well. Some things to note about the location: you are in close proximity to the beach but also pretty close to the main road as well. You can definitely hear the traffic and outside noise easily in the unit. This was not a bother at all for us, but something to note for those who are sensitive to that. We really loved lounging down at the beachside chairs and taking a dip in either the ocean or pool (since you’re so close to both!). The property is SUPER well maintained and absolutely beautiful. They also have several outdoor grills and tables if you feel like doing some beachside grilling. Overall 10/10, recommend!

Love Nani Kai Hale!!!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Nani Kai Hale within the last several years. The property is always consistently clean. I stay in different units and they have all been great. Sugarbeach is my favorite stretch of beach in Kihei and is the perfect location to get to all parts of the island. I can't wait to go back!!!

Beautiful condo on a peaceful beach

This property had everything we needed! King size very confortable bed, Amazing AC, 2 full bathrooms, great kitchen, laundry mat next door. Chairs, umbrellas etc… Do not hesitate to book. Hearing and seeing the waves from the lanai was everything we imagined. The sunsets were amazing and the people at this resort were so friendly and helpful. If you want beauty of a sandy beach, a beautiful pool and all the amenities this is for you! A car makes it so easy to get around the island in no time! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great location

Sugar Beach is literally steps from the elevator. We realized on day 6 that the door needs to be locked on the inside when we leave. The keypad does not lock it for you, we are glad nothing was stolen. Other than that, this location is easy to drive to other towns. Kihei is a great area for restaurants and shopping.

This place had everything we had expected and more for our 6 day, 5 night stay including boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. The place was clean, has 2 full baths and kitchen was equipped with all appliances we needed. We felt like home. Laundry room was on the same floor just make sure you have quarters and laundry essentials. The property grounds are well kept and had a nice lawn with lounge chairs right above the beach perfect for daytime use and taking in the amazing sunsets. We would definitely come back to stay. A 20 year rainstorm with wind

A 20 year rainstorm with wind. Our building manager did an amazing job of getting the parking lot and pool back in working order. We had no issues with our property as did the occupants in the neighboring buildings. It was a muddy mess for most of our stay, but it didn't stop us from having a great time!

The property is clean and cozy. Although it's not a front view of the ocean you can see the pool, palm trees and the side view of the ocean. The fresh clean towels were a plus. The king size bed was very comfortable. I especially like having the laundry room a few steps away. It is a place to peacefully relax. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location right on the beach. We took advantage of the morning calmness to swim.

This was a nice place to spend our vacation. Safe, and close to the bus system, which made a car rental an option. I never used buses on vacation, but it was really nice, and easy to get around.
