Nani Kai Hale #302 on Sugar Beach

302 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath renovated condo, perfect for a family getaway. Central A / C and double-pane glass keeps the condo cool and quiet. One bedroom has a king bed another has twin beds. The living room sectional converts into two twin beds, and is more comfortable than a sofa sleeper. One bath has a tub / shower combo, the other a walk in shower. The kitchen has birch cabinets and Corian® counter tops. There are partial ocean views from the living room and master bedroom.

At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Nani Kai Hale is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a shared oceanfront pool next to the grassy lawn space. This area also has an outdoor BBQ/kitchen common area and this space is well equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.

Quiet end of Kihei

Spacious unit at the north (quiet) side of Kihei which was perfect for us. Easy access to beach. Good communication from property manager and check in was smooth. Could use new mattress in master bed room as mattress sinks and they tried reinforcing it with a foamy/sponge. Kitchen was well equipped but would have been nice if they provided dishwasher detergent/pucks. Overall, pleasant stay and would stay here again.

I love the location of this property, the grounds were immaculate and the beach was not busy at all. It was very peaceful. The condo is clean and the kitchen and bathrooms are nice. The only negative is that they really need a new mattress in the master bedroom as well as a new sofa/sleeper in the living room. Both were pretty uncomfortable.

Great Value and Fun Location!

Nice place and pretty centrally located. We loved that there was a cute coffee shop and bakery within walking distance. There is also an ABC store close by, which worked out nicely for random odds and ends throughout our stay. Go to Dina’s at sugar beach for the best Mai tai!

This place was perfect for our family. It was nice having a kitchen to have breakfast at home with a 5 yr old while we enjoyed our coffee. When we arrived maui was hit with a bad storm so we couldn't go in the water for a few days. But the walk on the beach by the condo was so nice. Let's not forget about the pool, which was perfect for the five yr old.

Great location and value!

We had a very convenient stay at this listing. We went for my sisters wedding which was next door. Although there were weddings every night you could barely hear it with closed windows and they ended at 10pm sharp. The beds were so comfortable for a good nights sleep. We cooked every day and had everything we needed in the kitchen. ACs worked great and the place was very clean. The beach access is great although the water isn’t clear but you can access beaches all around the area. Having laundry and parking spot was ideal. Very convenient for staying with family/ friends! Would definitely be back when in Maui :)

Overall we were satisfied with stay; fotos of unit are deceptive as the unit has weathered & doesn’t look the same; master bedroom with bath has the twin beds & smaller guest bedroom with a distant hall bath has the king size bed but no TV; no drapery/shades so very bright for sleeping in guest bedroom & living room (if guests); location near Sugar Beach & airport excellent tho, but some amenities could use more updating.

A great place for our family

We had a great stay. This condo was comfortable and convenient. I appreciated the two twin beds in the second bedroom instead of just a queen bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property is right on he beach with a great private grass area with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Parking was great. The property manager was on site and kept the grounds clean. The master bedroom was bright in the morning, would have loved darker curtains. Other than that, I would recommend this to anyone.

The location of the condo is close to most of everything here. We comfortably sleeping in our beds the kids said they love their beds they slept so good. The beachfront really great early in the morning walk and sunset is gorgeous! The pool we love to hangout after our trip for the day is so relaxing. We really enjoyed Maui and our stay here. Perfect Hale for our island vacation

This hale was exactly what we needed for our week on Maui. It was centrally located making it easy to access many different areas on the island. The hale was clean and open. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking meals easy. The only thing we really didn’t care for was the bedroom bathroom set up. The twin beds are in the master bedroom so my husband and I had to use the bathroom down the hall making it less convenient for us. The king bed is also very soft. It feels like you are sleeping in a cloud. Overall the place was beautiful and the beach and property were wonderful. 🌺
